By my third order, I was sold on Minuteman Press' ability to deliver high quality printing, at very good prices, so fast that my head turned. I could place an an order in the morning and send my assistant to pick it up that very afternoon. I have been dealing with printers for fifty years and Minuteman always gets the job correctly. They check my artwork and let me know if there is something that needs to be checked. Minuteman offers you good prices, with the highest quality service you need. They are my printer now! read more

I'm kind of surprised that I haven't reviewed them before this -- they have been one of my favorite businesses of any type for quite a while. So professional, so customer oriented, such low prices - I could go on and on, but let's just say I appreciate them very, very much, and since they're a small business, I hope lots of people will support them with their printing jobs! read more

Yelp removed my negative review. I wonder how many other negative reviews they've removed. I'm trying again, because it's very important for the prospective customer to realize this is not a five star worthy establishment. Interacting with Minuteman was the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. Unless you enjoy hate speech being directed towards you, avoid this place like your life depends on it. They belittle us throughout the entire process of working with them. Called us derogatory swear words when we criticized the mistakes they made in the work we hired them for. The rudest, most mean-spirited, cynical company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Life is too short to have even a minute of it spent interacting with Minuteman Press. PS: I should mention--I have never written a negative Yelp review in my life. I usually only come here to praise businesses I love. But I have never in my life been treated this way as a customer of any business, ever, in any industry, in my entire life. All for printing! Go literally anywhere else but here. read more

Best place to get last minute printing done in the desert! Prices are fair, and they are very accommodating to tight turnarounds. I've used Minuteman Press to print my holiday postcards for the past two years just days before Christmas! Print quality is pretty decent considering you are getting it same-day or next-day. No complaints :) read more

I walked in here after getting tooled around for a week with another company. That put my schedule in a tighter time Line. I needed invitations done within a couple days. I went to Kinkos and that was a minimum of 5 days or I can design my own on there computer and turn around would be 3 days still. I was welcomed with open arms here. They designed my invites and printed them within a day. They pulled me out of a hole; all while being nice. Unheard of. I will be getting all my printing here now. Highly recommend them. read more

I needed help designing and printing a real estate sign. I had copy, an idea for artwork and picked a color. Their graphic designer sent me a beautiful proof, and I made one small change and it went to print. Could not have been easier or more professional. AND it looks gorgeous!! Melissa, the manager, was prompt in contacting me to keep things moving and was extremely pleasant. No reason for me to go anywhere else with this level of service. read more

This printing business has horrible customer service. They get business cards made wrong, then when you complain they either want to charge you to do it right or refuse to work with you. Not recommended! read more
