Yelp removed my negative review. I wonder how many other negative reviews they've removed. I'm trying again, because it's very important for the prospective customer to realize this is not a five star worthy establishment. Interacting with Minuteman was the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. Unless you enjoy hate speech being directed towards you, avoid this place like your life depends on it. They belittle us throughout the entire process of working with them. Called us derogatory swear words when we criticized the mistakes they made in the work we hired them for. The rudest, most mean-spirited, cynical company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Life is too short to have even a minute of it spent interacting with Minuteman Press. PS: I should mention--I have never written a negative Yelp review in my life. I usually only come here to praise businesses I love. I walked in here after getting tooled around for a week with another company. That put my schedule in a tighter time Line. I needed invitations done within a couple days. I went to Kinkos and that was a minimum of 5 days or I can design my own on there computer and turn around would be 3 days still. I was welcomed with open arms here.
