Almost in every instance they are next daying the shirts to our hotel room for us. What prompted me to write in this time was the service I received. Not a big order that I was placing... they did digitizing and embroidery on some polos for us. Well as we were finalizing polos choices we (me) got mixed up as we were referencing an order and a style of polo from a while back and of course they already ordered the shirts. CSharp Designs didnt miss a beat and fixed it for me. These ladies know what customer service is. Even though we have many embroidery shops near us locally and even within the organization I am in there are members that run a shirt business... I still go to these ladies. Thanks again ladies you've got me as a dedicated customer.
