There was no one else in the store and I had to carry a tuba case boxed, very large. No open door for me. When I was turned away because I had an Amazon scan return I asked where a nearby store was and no help offered. I asked if he could at least help me back to my car and he literally had his arms crossed and said no. Not even open the door for me. Disgusting customer service. I will never use this mail location again.
