If i could give 0 stars i would, im not the type to leave reviews but for this one i have to, i…read morereached out to Allan about a quote for 20 shirts for my uncle's funeral service let him know that i was calling around to get the best price and he quoted me for $12 each shirt, gave me the number of $240 , after calling around i decided to go with they're service since i noticed it was a small business and im all for showing support and going with the small business rather than a big company, anyway everything was great let him know i needed them as soon as possible and he said no problem, told me he'd have them ready for the following day, he came by to pick up the money ( i shoulda known something was up because homeboy showed up to my house on his bike ) he took the money and took a picture of me for the receipt and said he would send me a receipt via email which he never did, waited all day for the receipt and when I didn't get it I began to worry thinking I might have gotten scam, the following day I reached out and asked for an update on my shirts and asked if I could stop by to look at the progress, and when he replied he sent me this " T Shirt Update Your order is currently in production and near completion. A balance of 24.00 is required for taxes. I will send your receipt via email. The shirts will be delivered by 10am tomorrow. " after receiving that text i asked him again if i can stop by to look at the progress and also asked him why he had never mentioned anything about tax before, and trust me i get it everything is taxed now a days but every other business that i deal with gave me the price and also let me know what the tax was gunna be on top of the service. After me asking that question he decided to call me and began yelling at me about how he gave me the best price and the he didn't charge me for the shirts or charge me extra for needing them asap that it was $12 for the print only and that i assumed that it was gunna be $240 that he never gave me that number and was just yelling at me going back and forth all i asked him was why he didn't discuss the $24 for tax from the beginning or when he came and pick up the money nothing more, i went back and forth with him for almost 30 minutes he was gaslighting me telling me that i was broke and a bunch of other stuff, i kept telling him that it was just a question and let him know that i didn't want to continue arguing with him because i needed to go into work and he just had to keep going to have the last word, i decided to let him know that i was not gunna continue having this conversation with him and that i would go and pick up the shirts myself with the $24 in hand and decided to hang up, then he texted me to make sure i have exactly $24 because he didn't have change. I said I will thanks . he showed up to my house the next morning on his bike with the shirts in a clear bag wrinkled and yellow like he purposely got the dirtiest shirts available just to get back at me, on top of the shirts being dirty they were also super thin, before handing me the shirts he stuck his hand out for the extra cash and when I handed it to him he shoved the T shirts at me and before I was able to pull out the shirts to check them out he took off on his bike and shouted "just because I'm black doesn't mean I can't get the job done" I then let him know this had Nothing to do with race, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go with someone else instead of express print, very unprofessional and rude behavior, things are already hard when your dealing with the lost of a loved one and having to dealing with situations like this makes things even harder

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND THIS MAN…read more I chose Juan Reyes of Creative Ink and Design to print shirts for my team because he assured me he could meet my specific requirements. I clearly specified 100% cotton t-shirts due to the hot conditions my team works in daily, and Juan guaranteed he could provide dark heather gray and light heather gray shirts in 100% cotton. This specification was even on my invoice. But upon receiving the shirts, I found they were not 100% cotton as promised, with one color being only 50% cotton. When I pointed this out, I expected him to take responsibility and replace the shirts promptly. Instead, he made excuse after excuse, refusing to correct his mistake. He even tried to charge me MORE to correct his mistake. After much back and forth, He promised to replace them in 10 business days and that was on 7/28/24. But after a month of silence, I had to reach out to him. Only then did he inform me his printer was "broken." However, his online posts show that he continued printing for other customers during this supposed downtime. He clearly could have prioritized my replacement order. Because of his lack of accountability, my team has been forced to wear the incorrect shirts for months. We've paid over $5,000 for a product that was not as promised, yet Juan now demands that I return every single shirt before he will consider starting the replacement. Despite everything he's put us through, I've tried to be fair. I suggested he replace the shirts in halves (as he said he needed to), allowing any discrepancies to be deducted from the second half. Alternatively, I asked him to refund of half the cost, he could take back the incorrect shirts, and we could call it a day. He has ignored both reasonable solutions. Juan has ignored deadlines, and repeatedly tried to make this about the color I chose, when his own lack of product knowledge was the real issue. Had he informed me at the start that 100% cotton wasn't available in heather gray, I would have gladly chosen another color. But as a T-shirt printing business owner, he failed to communicate this essential detail. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others--Juan Reyes is unprofessional, unreliable, and shows a shocking lack of integrity. He's taken my money, refused to deliver what was promised, and has mishandled his mistake at every step. If you're considering working with Creative Ink and Design, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

I am very disheartened with the experience I had with 59 Garphixs and Jeff. I reached out to them…read moremonths ago to have a set of shirts designed. The first round went great. On the second round I was having the same design along with a new design made. During this order Jeff became extremely non-communicative and delayed the process. After numerous text messages and weeks passing by he eventually got the final design together and printed the shirts. In addition to the shirts, Jeff was to provide me the actual graphics that I had him create as they were my original designs and it was apart of the payment received. Once Jeff received his payment, he did not provide me the graphic art. I spent weeks emailing and texting him. He kept saying he would get it to me and never gave me what I asked or paid for. I am so disturbed because it was my creation and now I do not have it. I have never done business with someone that has essentially stolen from me because he received payment without producing the full product in addition to it taking months for even some of the product to get to me. I would have been an ongoing customer, but now I would not recommend using his service to anyone. Do not use at all - you'll be stolen from!
