Almost in every instance they are next daying the shirts to our hotel room for us. What prompted me to write in this time was the service I received. CSharp Designs didnt miss a beat and fixed it for me. These ladies know what customer service is. Even though we have many embroidery shops near us locally and even within the organization I am in there are members that run a shirt business... I still go to these ladies. Thanks again ladies you've got me as a dedicated customer.
