They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! I drive about half an hour to get to it because honestly, all of the post offices around San Bernardino end up stressing me out either with incredibly long lines or less-than-friendly staff. Each time I've gone here, the wait has been short or non existent, and the line moves very quickly. The employees are warm and welcoming, and it honestly gives a "small town" vibe to the experience. There is some parking out front -- not a ton of spaces, but it's a small post office in a small town, so what they have has always been sufficient when I stopped by. They offer passport services at this location (not sure if they have that at all US Post Offices). If I had to have any passport-related tasks done, this would be a great, non-stressful place to get it handled. Bonus: there's a cute map mural on the side of the building that makes for a good photo backdrop.
