This is by far one of the worst post offices I have gone to. On Saturdays is really bad with one employee usually working the counter. No matter the time you go in, there's always a line. Today there was 9 people ahead of me in line plus 3 more behind me. Waited almost 35min to be helped.

Came by to send a priority mail. Post office was opened until 2 pm on Saturdays. Employee was nice an d fast with service. Forgot to mention this last time, but you can scan the code to know what's coming in your mail.

Long line inside waiting to buy stamps it can take about 30 to 40 minutes wait depending who got there first course. I can't imagine overwhelming for the employees management need to do better for the customer and their employees. They were nice even with the pressure of a lot people.I was there waiting 30 minutes also we customers did good waiting some just left .Is sad how some workers get over work. minimum they need 3 people in rush hours.

They never answer the phone. And now they want me to write an essay to explain the fact that I called and they never answer.

Longest wait ever. One employee working. What the heck is going on here. Will not be returning.

Fast service, staff at this location is friendly and they work very fast. Never waited more than 10 min, even with a long line ahead.

Generally, I've loved this post office in my 29 years on the mountain -- I mean it! -- but I can't…read morelove it the same way right now. Considering that nobody in Crestline gets home delivery of mail, resulting in a huge number of residents picking up P.O. box mail there, one would think the post office would be super-vigilant about its covid-19 practices during the pandemic. The post office is not exempt from state and county mask regulations; how hard would it be to post a "masks required" sign and a copy of the regulations at the doors? Then how about the postal clerks setting a good example by wearing face masks for customer interactions? (Never overestimate those old guys who figure that if the clerk didn't wear a mask, then they don't have to wear one either.) How hard would it be to prop open the doors during business hours, so that customer upon customer didn't have to swap germs by touching the door handle? I've had conversations with strangers in the parking lot, older people, who sent other people into the lobby to get their mail for them because they're scared to go into the place, what with the number of people going in and out without masks. Also, a note about general hygiene: The post office seems to look grimy even as it's being cleaned. The cleaning man, or the post office, ought to invest a little money in tools that produce a professional result, such as a window mop, a bucket, a squeegee and some microfiber rags. A spray bottle and paper towels will never cut it on big plate-glass windows. P.S. No matter my little complaints, please support the USPS!
