Had to stop by the post office because they broke into our mailboxes in our town home community. This post office has a couple mailboxes outside for drop off and a drop off area inside. There are also PO Boxes located inside the facility if you needed in a quire one. This location is open from 8:30am to 5pm. Coming around 1pm is a sweet spot. The post office isn't usually crowded during this time. Sadly it was a wasted trip because our mail was already redistributed to be delivered to our home so we should have it tomorrow. The downfalls to this location is the priority mail packaging is never fully stocked and when the line is long, it doesn't move very fast. Sense of urgency appears to be non-existent. I don't find much value in the post office prices. I guess the most bang for your buck is priority because it's flat shipping based on package size, provides tracking, and insurance. read more

The wait was long, but I can't blame the postal workers who seemed to be short staffed. The lady who helped me was kind. However, she and the other worker gossiped and made fun of another customer as soon as she left, but everyone else in line could see and hear them doing so. Despite the situation created by the lady, it was unprofessional. Got my package sent and it made it to it's destination! read more

1/5 - Absolutely unacceptable service I waited in line for 45 minutes at the Rialto Post Office today. The line was literally out the door, and yet the staff moved at a snail's pace. To make matters worse, one employee simply closed their window and walked away, while the other casually told them, "You're done for the day." Unbelievable. I wouldn't even be here if our community mailbox hadn't been damaged -- which, by the way, still hasn't been fixed after three months. The lack of urgency and care is just despicable. It's no wonder people dread going to the post office. The service here is beyond disappointing. read more

Of course timing is everything. One thing's for sure, along with having a mask, don't forget to bring your patience. They're providing the best customer service for each of their customers and they will do the same for you. Would you want to be rushed? So just take it all in stride. My experience has always been pleasant because after all is said and done, the customer service clerks made me feel very thankful for their attention to detail and how they handled my questions or took care of my stamping needs. Not sure why the carrier for my area continues to say packages delivered in at box when delivery is sign/ receipt. I go to mail box no package and no key for lock box. Gives me anxiety feeling the package has been delivered to the wrong recipient . The tracking is misleading or intentional lie. Either is poor service. Always felt I could rely on USPS for delivery until the last two times. The first incident I rushed to the office spoke with a supervisor who contacted the carrier. I was requested to get home the carrier would meet me. The young lady said I was mistaken. The tracking didn't say (in/at locker) not sure if I should be blind as well. I am not sure why other people gives this post office negative reviews, every time I have been here there is no line, the customer service is excellent, they are always friendly they smile they greet me, and they are polite when I leave. Stopped in today to mail out my wedding invitations. Was helped by a miserable staff worker. Who gave me nothing but a bad attitude and incorrect information. I was told my envelopes were not considered "mailing envelopes" because they had a wax seal on the back, and would cost $3.50 to mail each out. I left disappointed, drove to a post office in Rancho where I was greeted by a pleasant staff worker and gave me confirmation from the manager that my envelopes only needed a 71 cent stamp. I will never return to the Rialto post office again! read more

there are 2 women who gossip even while there are customers in the building. i was the only one inside and waited a solid 2 minutes until i asked if someone could assist me. then a gentleman Lee, who was busy with a package apologized and assisted me. i was not expecting him to assist considering he was busy, and the other two women (one dirty blonde, one light brown hair) were not. but alas, Lee processed my package. it appears regina prefers helping men. idk though. regina, you should keep your flirting to a minimum at work. read more

I have not received my mail at my residence since November 2021. When they finally do decide to start delivering my key for my box didn't work. My box was never damaged nor did I ask for my box to be rekeyed. So I was told a work order had to be placed to get my new key. In the meantime get with the postal carrier and show identification card to get mail at delivery. The postal carrier refused to give me my mail orders from her boss. Not sure why it's an issue if I was presenting my i.d. The carrier said because someone tried getting their mail from her the day before and they no longer lived here. The associates here have always been helpful and informative. I appreciate that they take the time to give each customer their full attention. When I go to pick up packages I have found long lines and witnessed unprepared customers that really make the wait longer as the don't know what they want, don't know how they will pay for it and often come in grumpy. Honestly I don't know how they continue to keep a friendly attitude overcoming all these hurdles and lack of customer contribution to the flow. read more

I get better service from the IRS, DMV, you get the point. Here's my story. I shipped a package to someone in Arizona. It wasn't delivered when expected. Opened a case at request of recipient. Ron, manage of this facility called next day. Even though I entered tracking # into their phone system and gave it to the call center analyst when I called, Ron stated it wasn't mentioned in the case. (This is cr@p, as it's a game helpdesk people play with their callers... making them repeat these huge strings of numbers. So I proceeded to read off the numbers, one at a time, and as expected Ron reported it invalid... As we tediously went over the numbers again, he'd admitted to missing one. How do you miss numbers that are read off one at a time?) Finally, after the charades were over, he asked about MY LOST PACKAGE. I'm the SHIPPER/SENDER, and the case and tracking number show destination in Arizona. Ron and I are in California. This is coming close to "pathetic" as far as customer service goes. Next, he says "Is there anything you want me to do about this?". [No Ron, Please let the case die and leave the recipient clueless about the status of his package. You are the KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!] Of course I do, I told him. I want you not to let this case die! Please oh please send the case to the Arizona Post office so they can investigate. He agreed. This morning another representative from my local post office called. Inquiring about exactly the same things as this Post Office Manager did. When I responded that I gave all this information to Ron (your manager) yesterday, the person replied that there has been no update in the case since its creation, no comments that Ron had spoken to me whatsoever. (Ron, in life I wish you only the best that Karma has to offer. You are an exemplary example of why we choose other carriers or in my case, may even move physical locations in order to be serviced by a MORE COMPETENT USPS FACILITY). read more

I'm Disgusted by the USPS, they give you numbers that lead to unanswered calls. I have been coming home to notices that say I can't be parked in front of the mailbox because they will terminate my service. I have NO control over who comes down my street and parks their vehicle especially when I'am not home to regulate the public street. I have written to the USPS consumer concerns and received an email with phone numbers that no one answers. When I approached my mail man he said "he was old" and didn't want to get off the car to deliver my mail. I'm completely stressed out about this situation I need to speak with someone that can help solve my problem. read more

A horrible shipping experience. I live in an apartment complex. If the item doesn't fit in the letter box, Rialto post office ships it right back to the seller, distribution center, warehouse etc. The lazy carrier doesn't even leave a slip telling me I have an item to be picked up. Cant wait till this place goes out of business and there is no need for this place, why does this place exist if we cant get mail. Since we are dog owners we always have issues getting mail. Just right now he walked out because i took my dog to the front yard to pee on his leash. He says were arent allowed to use our front yard for our dogs? What kind of mess is that? I went in waited in line for what seemed like forever.... once I reached the front of the line I was greeted by a woman with Black hair. (Didn't get her name) I asked her for one postal stamp. This is the worst post office I've dealt with. I have my Box there and usually ship all my packages there since I don't want to go through the trouble of loosing any, well at the beginning of the month I was expecting a package worth almost $200.00. They received it but somehow lost it!! They blamed it on UPS so i had to submit a claim with them, UPS and Apple. One of the manager's contacted me (Ron) which was not helpful at all and his customer service was horrible as well and then I tried talking to the manager at that office (Christine) it was the same so rude and careless about what was going on. Im still waiting to see who is going to be responsible for that package. Just waiting for my box to expire so that i can go somewhere else. read more

So not Only did they accidentally send back my package to it's sender when I went to the post office a older Asian lady was extremely unhelpful telling me she needed the tracking number in order to find but I didn't have my phone so I had to drive back home get my phone just to come back be helped by someone else and not need any tracking number just my address. He couldn't find it either because like I said they sent it back to it's sender by accident so he provides me with a number to where I was told twice I'd get a phone call back, that was yesterday morning. this review is for "Matt" who was extremely rude to my wife on the phone. Then refused to let her talk to the supervisor. My wife then handed the phone call over to me and when I answered he hung up. she was not rude in any way and only handed me the phone because he refused to put his supervisor on the phone. I called back 3 times. first two "someone" ( Matt) answered the phone and hung up. by the 3rd time it wasnt picked up at all. very professional Rialto Post Office. if you dont like your job quit.
