This post office is over crowded with lines going out the lobby doors every single day. There is no stamp machine so you have to wait in line if you want to buy stamps. Packages with pre-paid labels are expected to be left on the counter and will sit there until a clerk takes them, this has resulted in packages being stolen by people in the lobby. Absolute worst post office in the area, on days when I have many packages to drop off I will drive 10 miles to another post office just to avoid this place. read more

I live right down the street form this post office but I can't go here anymore ! I'd rather drive the extra miles to get better service !! I've only had a pleasant experience with Haesook (older Asian Woman) she's very kind ! It's a shame all of the younger coworkers are too busy talking about the customers and how much time is left on the clock. Yesterday I went in to drop off prepaid packages and Annette was very rude and condescending!! Before I even go to the desk she was able to give plenty eye rolls I couldn't believe it . She told me the envelopes I use are for paying customers only and showed me what she prefers me to use . I'm a paying customer , and was using the proper material under guidelines given to me from USPS! Even when I came back to show her the written guidelines she couldn't just apologize and move on . She continued to go on her rant about package material & what she PREFERS me to use & asked me how many envelopes I have delivered to my home . & kept repeating "for our paying customers only" I run a small business and this was embarrassing. My customers also pay for packaging & I did nothing wrong . Not only was she rude to me , while waiting to speak to her she was rolling her eyes at a customer who was confused and concerned about getting her mail because her lock was broken . All of the younger women here are unprofessional and Rude!!! They can't even wait for lunch to talk about the people who leave ! They do it right in front of the other customers still standing in line !!! have the decency to at least fake your kindness , this is your job ! After repeated attempts I have been unable to speak with anyone at this facility regarding registered mail, that according to USPS Tracking, has been there since 8:12 am 7/13/2017. As of 7/17/2017 it has not been delivered. On 7/13/2017 USPS Tracking read: "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in RIALTO, CA 92376 on July 13, 2017 at 8:12 am. Best USPS office ever! The staff is super friendly and helpful! I go here at least 4/5 times a week and is always a pleasant experience

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! The worst post office I have ever step foot in! I guess they don't realize how important customer service is... The lady behind the counter says we are just a retail Center well.... news flash retail means customer service and that is what you must provide! They held my mail because I had not emptied my mailbox in 4 days that's it I went on a mini-vacation I didn't expect that after 4 days it would be such a big deal for them to start returning it to the sender immediately! I never received even a notice saying that my mail was being held and that I needed to pick it up or it would be returned to Sender! I went and ask them for the mail that they had not delivered yesterday or today and asked where that mail was at and they said they didn't know gave me a number to call which does not answer and said well we don't know where it's at... find it!? What do they mean find it how my supposed to track mail that obviously is regular mail not priority mail or any other mail that has a tracking number! How am I supposed to know who sent me an email so that I can call them and say resend it? They are very unprofessional and very rude I can't believe it! read more

Awful service, phone always busy, rude staff, lose packages and they don't care. I have a p.o. Box there but will be moving to another post office. I can no longer deal with the incompetency of the staff that works there. I purchased a home here in 2012. As expected I received mail for prior owners. We would put it back in the box with proper notation and it would stay for days. So my wife would drop it off on her way to work. It is now 2014 and enough is enough. I spoke to the carriers and asked them is they still took out going mail and they said yes but have never done so. To be fair there is one young lady who will ask if I am out side when she comes by. I went to the local post office and spoke with a reluctant supervisor. He did not care and slide me a piece of paper and said I had to all the number on it (he left the area code off). So I called it and no one answered. I did a web search and the number was for the post office I had just left. I am not for the privatization of the po but maybe that is what needs to happen. Unfortunately the postal delivery service is very poor to the Rialto Area. Either packages are not delivered on time or they are left at the wrong address. In one instance, the package was not delivered at all due to it's size and we had to call two or three offices to find it. When our mail box was broken into, they provided NO assistance as to what we should do. Finally we bought a new lock and replaced the broken one. They should have told us that from the beginning instead of just taking a report. (A lot of good that did!!). Hope this post office improves FAST. read more
