The worst post office I have been to. They are slooow and when you finally make it to the counter the workers are rude and have no sense of urgency, the employees specially the bald Hispanic guy I dont know his name, has a very condescending and rude attitude most of the time, always talking and goofing around instead of hurrying up. I get the feeling the employees there like working in a slow pace and enjoy having customers waiting. I wouldn't recommend getting your passports there, go to city hall instead. I understand you're understaffed at this location but dear god! This is the third time I've come to this post office but will indefinitely be the last. This particular time the line was all the way to the back of the post office around 2pm, there was only one employee working (painfully slow) and she was also busy training what seemed like the only other employee there. She would disappear in the back for a long time and what I assumed would be a 20 min stop by the post office for stamps ended up being somewhere around an hour. read more

I hope everyone will change their passports and never come to this place again. Here's the thing. I made an appointment to come at ten o'clock in the morning. I thought I could change my passport. As a result, there was only one front desk service staff. In the morning, a lot of people came to mail parcels. The service staff handled the package slowly. People who change passports can only wait like fools. I don't understand! Everyone went to work in the back or didn't have breakfast. I waited for almost half an hour before I started to apply for a passport change. The speed of work was extremely slow. Maybe these staff never think about the customer's anxiety. I don't want to come to this place anymore. It's really bad. When I came here, I got up in a good mood like eating shit when ｉ come here ！ If you come here to change your passport in a hurry, they will look at you indifferently with the worst attitude, and then you can do something in half an hour, which will be delayed to two hours and then wait to get off work! This place is so rude and disrespectful; i wish i could give -5 stars. It's inhumane how condescending and malicious the employees talk to you. I came in to drop off some polymailers and two boxes (already packages and labels bought, i simply needed to drop off)... and I came in at 4:55pm... of course the boxes did not fit in the tiny drop off slit.. so i kindly asked the guy on the other side "hey my package doesn't fit, im sorry"... and this rude employee says "aw will that's a problem isn't it?".... literally what the fuck. and i say "yeah, um.. would you mind grabbing it? it's paid for it jus needs to go inside"... and he says "aw yeah i would mind"... and it's awkward silence, and i go "so im suppose to just drive back here to drop off tomorrow???"... and he says "mhm we open at like, i don't know, i think 10" this is absolutely so upsetting. i am furious and disappointed at this treatment. never coming here again. it's so easy and kind to jus open the door and grab it. it takes less than 4 seconds. to the guy working there today, such a disappointing act of customer service and just humanity. read more

Then I had the misfortune of getting assistance from him and it was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Never been to this location before. I arrived before they were completely open. It's very beautiful inside and has plenty of spacious parking. The staff were awesome and very helpful. It's nice to do business with a location with staff who appear to be happy to get up in the morning and do their jobs. read more

This USPS is never open when the store hours are clearly on the doors. We went at 7am today and it was closed store hours say 6am to 6pm. Left and came back 30 min later and it was still closed! Tried calling the business and it's an 800 number all options are automated and can't request to talk to anyone! Do not waste your time going to that business they only waste your time! read more

Where do I start. If I could give this place a 0 I would. The manager is rude and some lady named Roxanne called out my child who was sitting patiently bc he had some slips in his hand and asked rudely to return them . This place is a joke. When I finally got up to the line they gave me a couple packages and when I asked if she was sure they didn't have a package I was missing she said there was nothing. I waited to speak with the manager and she rudely gave me a slip to write down the missing packages tracking numbers and closed the door of literally on my face. When I rung the doorbell to provide the missing track numbers the lady that helped me went to the back and provided me with my missing packages and more. She said I had a lot of mail left . I can't even trust this place to provide me with all my mail when I stood in line for a very long time to do just that.... Get my mail. Frustrating !!!!!! Its a post offices there's really not much to say, but this location is always quick and Im in and out most of the time. the days that have long lines are Thursday and Friday but even then they pop you out of there quickly and efficiently and they keep you cool inside as you wait. read more

I'm not sure what is going on with this post office but all I know is that whenever I mail my two (all others are online) bills, they have not consistently made it to the creditors. I thought it was just me until it happened several times within the last 6 months. I truly believe that the staff doesn't care if the mail is processed correctly. I bet my bills are probably still stuck in the mailbox or inside the post office. I had to cancel my checks and this is not cool. I know there is a problem at this office because I've used a different office and I haven't had a problem. Pls get it together. You must must be violating some type of rule. read more

Tomas/Thomas has the worst customer service of any postal worker I have ever witnessed. I always dodge having to be attended by him. Sure enough, with my luck, I went in one day and he was the only person at the counter. (FU#%%^CK!) I had 1 big order to mail out which is typically $5 and some change. He rings it up and it's $8. I tell him politely that he isn't putting the right service so he responds with attitude as usual and tells me that I don't know what I'm doing. Luckily a lady behind the counter overheard some of what was going on and she came in and helped. She explained to Tomas how there are other methods of shipping large packages and she pretty much did it all. I proceed to pay and I tell him to study his shipping services. Before this ordeal, he use to work at the Sierra location and I would dodge him there too. I don't know how this disrespectful individual can hold a job anywhere. Everyone else is friendly and approachable. Once Tomas gets transferred again or fired, I will change my review. read more

I have lived about four blocks from this post office for 24 years and have had nothing but exceptional service up until today . I went into pick up a package because it was a note on my door to do so .. as I approach the post office and I entered the area in which to retrieve my package mind you it was not locked nor did I touch or open the doors that would lock the post box from the Postal Service people . I simply attempted to retrieve my package I was met just past the door by someone named Juanita. As I attempted to move closer to the package retrieval door she said we close at five I said it's not five yet but if it is customary to close the post office a few minutes early so people can get out I understand . what I don't understand is what she said next "GET OUT" those were her exact words is this how you treat your customers?? How about I'm sorry your Dear Juanita you manage to kill the whole reputation of your post office in 2.5 seconds get some customer service training that might be how you talk to your children or fellow employees you should never speak to your customers that way read more

For the past 2 months our mailboxes have been broken into and all mail has been stolen. The postal inspector will send someone out to repair the box, but the postal carrier continues to deliver our mail. Neighbors have had their identities stolen, drivers licenses stolen, bank cards and PIN numbers are floating around Fontana and NOTHING will be done to stop this! Yes, the PD has been notified, but all we are getting is, "We'll take a report." That report goes nowhere except into someone file of complaints. Purchasing a PO Box is not possible since there is a 2 year waiting list. What can be done to keep our mail from being stolen? Come on USPS.....why do government agencies have such an apathetic attitude? SECOND complaint: I've lost count how many times our mail has arrived opened, torn, or damaged. A standard size, flat envelope should not be arriving ripped or partially open. After several visits to the PO to show the evidence and make a complaint, NOTHING has changed and once again the promise to make a report is all we are given. THIRD complaint: Why does it take so flippin' long for a piece of regular mail to get anywhere? Anything mailed from Fontana takes twice, or even three times, longer than if mailed from a different city. It used to be a letter would arrive within 2 days, sometimes even one if local, but now I have to plan 7-10 days for a simple birthday card to travel across town. FOURTH complaint: The prices just keep going up and up! To send a small package now costs close to $20 and all the above complaints apply to sending that small parcel. read more

Small and not terribly busy. I like how even the bossman gets involved in the act when the line starts to pile up... he'll pull you out of line if you're there to pick up a package and bring it to you after you give him the receipt and show valid ID. Very nice people here. Of course, the best part is... being a resident of South Fontana, this post office means I no longer have to drive up to the big one on Sierra near Foothill, so I save gas and time. read more

This was my favorite post office until today. We stood behind a lady about 4 ft she then said we had to be 6 ft apart so we stood a few steps further. The post office worker then started yelling at me and told me to get out if I wasn't going to follow rules. It's the way you speak to me. Definitely it a way to speak to people.
