My favorite post office! I drop packages off every day for the last 10 years, and everyone in the front is amazing! I don't know what people are talking about but never have I heard them be rude. I am in line everyday to scan in packages and I hear them interacting with customers, most customers don't listen to what is being said to them and when it's repeated they get offended too easily. Also those working in the back are doing an amazing job as well! All my packages leave the post office same day to the next facility, and so my packages arrive on time to the customers. 10/10! read more

Made an appt @9 am for a passport, get called an hour before my appt we don't have clerk available till 11 ok then schedule me then. This is the second time they have try to send me elsewhere and it's such an inconvenience. Then they tell me come in @150 we will take you. I've always liked this PO until today. It's close to work, it's a big office that usually gets packages out quick. The Asian lady has been a little rude in the past, but it seemed like she was just social awkward. The other lady with the black lipstick today, though, was absolutely horrible. This location and its parking is so convenient. Never a lack of parking. Its on a small side street, so no busy traffic to watch out for. Horrible customer service by not one but two of there workers. Ghina was incredibly rude to me and addressed me as if I was a child. I was discussing my concern and she shut me down and brushed me off. No care or concern for the issue. Then an elder Asian woman who was rude to me the first time I went in there that day retorted with "see I told you, you should listen to me". Seriously. This is not customer service at all. I did everything that was requested by me for my passport and all I could get was a brush off from the team. This is probably one of my favorite post offices. The service is exceptional! I have been coming here for many years every single day since I ship packages daily. They scan it through and ship to the next destination very quickly. The staff are all very nice. Patricia is my favorite! She knows me and my family and is so friendly and polite! This post office told us it would be six months to fix our mail box in Bloomington. Granted it isn't there fault so many low lifes break into mailboxes...but half a year to fix? Come on! The customer in front of me who which she attended too obviously didn't speak very good english and was asking about how to send something over to another state and was clearly confused, the lady tells her she needs to fill out a paper and which the customer was still confused and proceeded to ask more questions and Jackie proceeded with attitude and asking her things and finally the customer just said okay . Point is Jackie always has attitude and is very rude all the times I come here no matter how simple the task is, so I hope they do something about this or not wish ya luck if Jackie serves you.
