I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. But we walked to the waiting area for the job to be completed...She said it is our fault for walking away, which is ridiculous when we went to the waiting area next to counter in full view. We were blamed for walking away...WE NEVER LEFT THE PRINTING AREA! We then spoke with a manager named Zaira who simply restated what the clerk told her when she called her to come up to speak with us!! It is simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Obviously, their system is not the issue the staff are the issue! To say it is our fault, after being asked to email the photo and standing at the counter with nothing but a blank stare from the clerk and an uncomfortable silence, prompted us to walk to the waiting area.
