The customer service received is always pleasant but I will say that Maleek is the G.O.A.T. He is very friendly, welcoming, patient, and willing to help out with any issues even if it's something on my end that was incorrect. The services I needed weren't offered there once and Maleek knew the exact direction to point me in. He could have just told me sorry and to have a great day but once again helpful as always!!!10/10 deserves employee of the year!!! read more

I stopped by the UPS Store to return a few Amazon items and honestly forgot how convenient the process is. The Amazon drop-off system is so easy. I always choose return to UPS store if available as option for me. It's too easy! You just bring the item with the QR code and use the self-scan. No printing labels, no packaging stress, nothing. I was in and out in just a couple minutes. The staff is super friendly and efficient, and the whole experience always feels streamlined. It's one of those small conveniences that makes a big difference when you're running errands. If you do a lot of Amazon returns, using the UPS Store drop-off is definitely the easiest way to do it. If you have mail shipment that requires supplies and requires items to be weighed, this is a shop for all those needs. Always a pleasure to do business here. Services can be pricey but that is expected. This place is convenient in more ways than one and you pay for that. I like this neighborhood store. I'm always in and out in a flash! read more

I had the best experience at this UPS store. Both Mike and Isaiah were wonderful. They condensed all my boxes and made it affordable for me. They were kind and had exceptional customer service and took care of us. This was a great experience. I definitely recommend people to go to this UPS store! They are always friendly, helpful, kind, courteous, and they help in every way. They put the customer service first and want a happy customer! Thanks, Mike and Isaiah!!! Keep up the amazing work! read more

I haven't left a yelp review in 10 years but I had to for this one. Came on my lunch with all my boxes of perishables. They said they'd only take half my boxes and it's have to drive 20 minutes one way to the next store to take the rest like what the actual fuck. Now half of my boxes will miss the deadline to get shipped today and will have an extra day added to their estimated ship date. They made it seem like I should be lucky that they took more boxes than I'm allowed. " 8 box minimum" I've been doing this for 3 years every other day and never in a million years have I been told that. They only said 8 min cause my first transaction was 8 boxes so they said 8. I live almost an hour away now and still haven't moved my UPS mailbox because the staff here are just the literal best and I trust my mail with them. I have so many packages delivered and they always take it in stride. They are always helpful, friendly, and just make the task of picking up my mail less annoying. Whoever does the hiring of this store has done an excellent job. read more

Went to mail a package before Christmas and the cost was $114, Decided to go to post office instead and it turned out to be the better idea, cost $40. Seriously? Same package, same amount of days. read more

QUICK AND EASY! I like coming to this UPS store because it's usually a run in/run out type of experience even around 5pm on a weekday! No one likes waiting in line (like FedEX store by USC, yech) and this place gets you taken care of and on your way! There's plenty of parking as it shares a large parking lot anchored by Stater Bros and the store is rarely crowded. There's no bottle necking once you're inside as the store is nice and wide with plenty of room for people coming in just to drop off packages. I needed to go to the counter to buy a box and once that was done, after a quick scan I was out the door, back in my car and down the road! The place has about five employees and they were all usually busy doing stuff. They also always seem friendly enough. I'm glad this place provides good service because there aren't many other UPS stores in the area. If WAZE directs you here you're in good hands! I'd say 4 1/2 stars! read more

All UPS stores suck so bad from corporate office to the mom ma and pop stores I never ever use them how do you use them as one time and it came a catastrophic nightmare.... They took the wrong package and I've been trying to get my package back for a week.. And then they went to my neighbor's house and took their packages and they didn't even have a UP s pick up... Thanks to cameras they could prove that read more

This UPS store is with the business, everyone seems like they want to be here and be of service. They acknowledge your presence as you walk in by greeting you, they are polite and respectful in handling issues you have... and dissatisfied customers (Ive witness it first hand). Most importantly though, they are simply present- that alone is hard to come around these days with this new generation. They are not on their phones or distracted. If you want in and out, efficient service, this is the place. Real customer service!! The type of workers that still answer the phone at 629pm when they are scheduled to close at 630pm and agree to wait for you to drop off your package when youre already in the parking lot a minute or two past their close time. Shot out to the entire team, especially Maleek, Stephany and Eduardo (I heard he's been reassigned). May your corporate learn that your team is wonderful! read more

This is the BEST UPS Store, everyone there is always friendly & quick to assist you. Always clean.

I've had a mix of experiences at this UPS store, but today, the Sunday before New Year's Eve, the service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone in the store was so helpful, especially a manager named Brittany. She went above and beyond to assist me while I was putting postage on my letters. As a mom who is seven weeks postpartum with my baby strapped to me, I was clearly struggling, and Brittany noticed right away. She kindly offered to help and took the time to place the stamps on the rest of my letters. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made my day! Thank you read more

This location on a daily is very busy, however Juan had such an upbeat energy when providing service. Thank you Juan!

Prices are ridiculously high here. To print a label for an amazon return they want to charge $4. Bad customer service. Don't go to this store, go somewhere else. read more

TERRIBLE, Will never use this store again. I trusted them to package my items and deliver them as well. I got insurance thankfully but know I am getting the runaround on my claim and being told it doesn't exist when I have a claim number . And now they are blocking me from speaking to someone. I think they are just delaying me so they don't have to pay for the equipment they mishandled. I need help to speak to someone that has some authority here! read more

Such a great experience. I needed by husband to get two notaries done. I made an appointment yesterday on The UPS Store website and it was quick and easy. He of coarse was late by 5 minutes but the notary was very nice and said no worries we have a grace period. I was directed to the UPS store by spectrum when I cancelled my WiFi. The store clerk was helpful and friendly. No issues in my return and the process was very quick. I had zero issues. The only issue was with Yelps directions as it took us behind the spree where trucks enter. Weird. But no issue with the store itself. I don't usually go elsewhere beside the post office but in a bind I'd go here. read more

Edgar was a tremendous help! I needed to ship out a very expensive camera, and Edgar was very polite in explaining to me that the way I had packed the the camera, it might get damaged in transit. I first I thought, "Oh here comes the big upsell", but I was wrong. Edgar provided me with 3 different options, at three different price points, so I was able to choose the one I felt was best for my situation, without feeling pressured. Not only did Edgar repackage my camera, but he also relabeled the box for me. Thank you! read more

Terrible experience with unhelpful staff at this store. I went in to drop off a return & was told they couldn't take it because the label wouldn't scan because it was "small." The label was a normal size & not only that, girl seemed annoyed & didn't offer good customer service. As a quality assurance auditor, a satisfactory customer service expectation for me would've been to reprint the label as a courtesy instead of refusing to take it. The clerk had the capability to simply type in the tracking number and reprint just like they do with Amazon returns. Very disappointed & will definitely share my experience with family & friends in the neighborhood. read more

I left a package with them to mail to another state. A month later the package never arrived. I went in to inquire as to why it never arrived and was told it was the US Post Office fault. I went to the post office and asked about it and they told me it was never scanned by the UPS store. I went back and they filed a claim. I received 2 calls then nothing. Its been a year (actually over a year) and I still have not heard anything on that claim. I only come in to drop off packages for Amazon returns. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm honestly very disappointed we were in the area and had to do a quick drop off and as we were walking up to the storefront they were already closed? The time posted said closing was at 6:30 but the person locking the door as we were walking up just waved their finger saying no at us with no explanation. We got there at least 10 mins before closing. I just wished they valued their customers more and actually communicated to us and apologized for closing early. read more

The service attendant was very professional, courteous, and polite. I would go back again, just because of the professionalism that I experience. I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment... which in today's world, it's not always appreciated. I had verified livescans were done here over the phone, had a return to send back and ended shipping some documents I was going to go the the post office after my visit. I was assisted by Sarah for all 3 transactions and she was amazing with her customer service skills. She was courteous, polite, great attitude throughout, and patient with all the things I had to do. Really liked the fact I was able to take care of multiple tasks in one site. She was also courteous to inform me of the box prices despite seeming like a busy time of day.
