I was in and out in just a couple minutes. The staff is super friendly and efficient, and the whole experience always feels streamlined. It's one of those small conveniences that makes a big difference when you're running errands. If you do a lot of Amazon returns, using the UPS Store drop-off is definitely the easiest way to do it. If you have mail shipment that requires supplies and requires items to be weighed, this is a shop for all those needs. Always a pleasure to do business here. They said they'd only take half my boxes and it's have to drive 20 minutes one way to the next store to take the rest like what the actual fuck. QUICK AND EASY! I like coming to this UPS store because it's usually a run in/run out type of experience even around 5pm on a weekday! No one likes waiting in line (like FedEX store by USC, yech) and this place gets you taken care of and on your way! There's plenty of parking as it shares a large parking lot anchored by Stater Bros and the store is rarely crowded. There's no bottle necking once you're inside as the store is nice and wide with plenty of room for people coming in just to drop off packages. I needed to go to the counter to buy a box and once that was done, after a quick scan I was out the door, back in my car and down the road! The place has about five employees and they were all usually busy doing stuff. They also always seem friendly enough. This UPS store is with the business, everyone seems like they want to be here and be of service. They acknowledge your presence as you walk in by greeting you, they are polite and respectful in handling issues you have... and dissatisfied customers (Ive witness it first hand). Most importantly though, they are simply present- that alone is hard to come around these days with this new generation. They are not on their phones or distracted. If you want in and out, efficient service, this is the place. Real customer service!! The type of workers that still answer the phone at 629pm when they are scheduled to close at 630pm and agree to wait for you to drop off your package when youre already in the parking lot a minute or two past their close time. Everyone in the store was so helpful, especially a manager named Brittany. She went above and beyond to assist me while I was putting postage on my letters. He of coarse was late by 5 minutes but the notary was very nice and said no worries we have a grace period. Terrible experience with unhelpful staff at this store. I went in to drop off a return & was told they couldn't take it because the label wouldn't scan because it was "small." The label was a normal size & not only that, girl seemed annoyed & didn't offer good customer service. As a quality assurance auditor, a satisfactory customer service expectation for me would've been to reprint the label as a courtesy instead of refusing to take it. The clerk had the capability to simply type in the tracking number and reprint just like they do with Amazon returns. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm honestly very disappointed we were in the area and had to do a quick drop off and as we were walking up to the storefront they were already closed? The time posted said closing was at 6:30 but the person locking the door as we were walking up just waved their finger saying no at us with no explanation. We got there at least 10 mins before closing. I just wished they valued their customers more and actually communicated to us and apologized for closing early. read more
