The quality of service here is great. The people working are always friendly and greet you when walking in. The location also has moving items, mailing items, and printing/faxing available. The value is ok if you need something quick and convenient. There are other places that may be cheaper. Definitely check this place out if local. I was a mailbox customer at UPS Store #6941 and have spent more than a month trying to get answers regarding a package that was scanned into the store and then could not be located. According to tracking, my package was scanned into the store on 4/16/26, and I received notification that it had arrived. When I later attempted to retrieve the package, it could not be found. An investigation was opened on 4/28/26. From that point forward, I communicated primarily with the store manager, Ally, and received a series of conflicting explanations regarding the status of my package. On 5/5/26, I was told that the package was still under investigation and that documentation was being reviewed. However, I later learned through UPS that the original investigation had actually been closed on 5/4/26 because UPS had determined the package was delivered correctly to the address on file. Despite that, I continued receiving information suggesting the matter was still being investigated. At one point, after I expressed my intention to escalate the matter to corporate, I was told that the package would be "redelivered" to the store. This immediately raised concerns because the package had already been scanned into the store on 4/16/26. I later contacted UPS International Claims directly and was informed that the statement that the package was going to be redelivered was false information. When I brought this information to Ally's attention and requested clarification, communication from her stopped completely. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was told Ally had spoken with the claims department and that the package remained under investigation, despite UPS records showing the original investigation had already been closed the day before. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates and clarification regarding: * What happened to my package after it was scanned into the store * Why I was given conflicting information * Why I was told the package would be redelivered * Why the status I was being told did not match information provided directly by UPS I have also repeatedly requested contact from management and ownership. Multiple employees have told me they would notify Ally and have her contact me. I was told again recently that Ally would reach out. She never did. To date: * I have not received a clear explanation regarding the chain of custody of my package. * I have not received answers to several reasonable questions. * I have not been contacted by the store owner. * Ally has stopped responding after I questioned the discrepancies between what I was being told and what UPS Claims told me directly. I understand that packages can be misplaced and that investigations take time. My issue is not simply that a package went missing. My issue is the lack of transparency, the contradictory information, the lack of follow-through, and the complete breakdown in communication once I started asking difficult questions. As someone who receives time-sensitive business and promotional shipments, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has significantly damaged my confidence in this location's package handling and customer service practices. read more

I returned a DIRECTV cable box at UPS. There was a line out the door and three women staff. One was on the computer and two were helping customers. I approached the woman on the computer and asked if there was additional help and she said no, they only had two. She didn't give an explanation as to why she couldn't help, but I gathered she had a supervisorial position. During the holidays, it's probably a really good idea to have additional help. Honestly the girl was great the first few times then gradually started to not like serving me.. i bring in alot of packages with prelabels on them. I am very polite, i say sorry and thank you. But i have seen them twist their mouths when i walk in and sigh bc of my packages. Not only that i was dropping off a amazon return which was damaged box and missing item which is why i was returning. They said they will charge me 5.99 for packaging fee when the box only needed 1 piece of tape literally just one... but the two young ladies "helping" me were talking to each other and making small inner jokes like come on where is the professionalism... ive said nothing before when they were texting and scanning things in or yelling at each other on some joke across the room. They twisted their lips and pointing at the box, asked other lady the manager, sitting down "um right, we need to charge them for this?" And the other lady didnt even look at me just said yeah its a big box needs tape. Mind you the usable tape was right next to her literally 2-4 inches away and i had to ask well why cant i use this its only one piece of tape needed and she said that would be 5.99. Only worker i think is nice, professional and overall hard working is hispanic lady with glasses. Honestly my ups experience sucks bc of this store. Even more upsetting when customer service says its about quality products like pleaseeee it was a piece of tape not a box or "expert" needed to put tape. Common sense and be fair not to dismiss my review. I understand packaging stuff is expensive but for a BIG company like ups one piece of tape shouldnt be a problem because ive seen them help people with materials no questions asked so this was more bc they didnt want to help. read more

I sent out a package on February 19th My package stated delay . I called several times until Brittney the manager mentioned she would file a claim and I should expect to get a refund unless my package is found . She had mentioned to call back Thursday for an update . I called on Friday March 8th and the store associate told me Brittney was no longer there but she would get in contact with her and to call back Monday It is now Tuesday March 12 and I call for an update and I am told the store was bought by a new owner and they would get in contact with Brittney. I calm back then I'm told I have to call 1800-877-1760 to file a claim . My goodness it almost a month . So I called this number and they informed me the store has to file it I merge the calls and the associate tells me the owner is busy and to expect a call back . The printing prices from this place are ridiculously inadequate for printing one single black & white sheet, I asked why if the price and the Teenager at the front said "Cause you are sending an email" ! ? In my mind I was like well, I got unlimited cell plan and I don't pay extra for the apps or email I use, then I realized that I'm paying probably for the internet services this UPS store uses; then I thought it's probably the labor time the teenager at the front took to search and print my email. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with professionalism. Took my mom to get a document nortized and the nortary girl was awesome, we them had to have documents faxed. This girl (only tiny / short one there, should of got her name) was so super patience with us. My mom was given the wrong fax number and we were never rushed as she and the rep's attended other customers. Once we got everything correct she re-faxed the documents. I have been a customer at this UPS Store since they opened 2years ago and they have been my go-to for copy, printing, emails and shipping. Any other time I would give them 10 stars if possible until my last visit when I was helped by a Man I believe is the owner. I had been paying one rate for emailing and printing shipping labels. During my last visit during my transaction which he assisted me with it time consuming, he was clear on how to get done what I needed and when one of his Fabulous and knowledgeable employees step and resulted my problem in a timely manner and prepared to ring me out he stepped in and quoted and charged me different prices, called another store for information instead of charging me what I had been previously charged and figured any errors in fees at another time.
