Just watched the post office truck on my front camera of my driveway and mailbox blast past my house. Stop for a second to my neighbors not getting out and delivering their mail and keep going by. Skipping my house entirely. Then I get a notification that package was attempted but rescheduled because "Business was close" Um I live in a rural farm area with no businesses around. And post person didnt even stop in front of my house to attempt said delivery. And yes my family was home. I called customer support and they were weirded out when I said it's a house in a neighborhood. Gave me the number for my local post office. Called NINE times and it kept ringing ended with a busy dial tone no one answering. And its only 1245 PST and said office is not closed till 2pm. Delivery "attempt" notice, what a joke, was at 11:59 AM PST. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house or I would go elsewhere. I'm not one to leave a review but every single time I come here the service gets absolutely worse and worse and I'm not talking about the way their processes are handled but the way they talk to people and customers I've never witnessed somewhere where the staff is allowed to be this blatantly disrespectful and rude to almost everyone that walks in and just get away with it with no consequences not even the dmv is this bad, seeing them go off on elders and foreigners and have absolutely no patience with anyone has got to be a joke. Like if you hate your job and life so much don't work there don't lash out on others to the point where it makes everyone else uncomfortable and awkward and let's be real how hard is your job to scan and process mail.... The reasons why there lines are so long because they talk and stay in the back and are very slow when in reality they could get through everyone with no problem if they actually would do their job like how it's done at many other locations. Also why put up that you offer walk in services when they literally get upset with you when you do and even with an appointment they'll roll their eyes and make you wait. Management should be ashamed of themselves do not go here worse location and service you could go too.. oh and they will lose your package and not help you I've seen it happen to someone there the other day. I asked for tape to tape my USPS prepaid postage on my package to send and the old Asian male worker told me they sell tape by the roll and pointed behind me. They may be good for packages, but lousy for mail. I have to pick up my mail because our mail was stolen from our community mailbox. Waiting for hours to pick up my mail is beyond belief. For the purposes of mail, great location. For passport services, I do not recommend this location. I have scheduled 3 separate appointments over a month and each time the worker has chosen not to be at work. For one if the appointments the workers that chose to work that day told us they had notified the Riverside office if their situation and that our appointment was moved to that location. We learned after arriving at the Riverside location this appointment was not moved and we were told several hours before. read more

Despite all the negative reviews, I just had an excellent customer service experience. I am expecting several packages, I received notification of delivery but my mailbox was empty. I called the post office and was pleasantly surprised at the service, I wish I had asked her name. She went over and above answering my concerns and correcting the issue. She called the carrier and had her correct the issue. As I am typing my review, the mail carrier knocked on my door and handed me my missing packages. Not only did I pay so much to get my packages delivered to my address and still had to drive there and pick them up myself because it "didn't fit" in their mail truck but yet fit perfectly fine in my car. Then they say the mail driver said they were too heavy for her. Their attitude was so bad, might as well fire everybody and get new staffing because they definitely hate their job. The counter workers constantly chat way too much amongst themselves while not paying attention to their customers. I'm sure more errors happen because of this, mail going to wrong addresses etc. Please focus on your customers, provide better service for your hard paying customers. read more

I had a terrible customer service experience today at this Post Office. I had pre labelled packages 6 of them. I all needed them to be scanned and get my drop off receipt (as USPS is popular losing packages a lot these days). I arrived at 4.50 pm, they still had enough time, but Wendy , very unprofessionally, tried to say she may not have enough time scan my 6 packages, it takes less than a minute. She was very slow intentionally scanning packages and looking every part of packages. She found one package had label printed 2 days ago and she didnt want to accept package. She called her manager John R. he was also very rude questioning why I didn't ship on the date I printed. I said I dont have to, labels have 28 days to use, actually it never expires. You pay for it, why would they refuse? They both wasted time, questioning my packages and had other customers wait in line. They both do not deserve the job, there are a lot of citizens willing to do better job. I will report to USPS management for investigation. But this is not acceptable at all. read more

Since 2005, I avoid going to THIS post office. Simply because of the nasty customer service. This review is strictly for the staff helping customers at the front counter, specifically the Asian gentleman and the lady. They are rude, incompetent and treat customers like garbage. It is obvious they hate their job and are probably just waiting for the nice retirement of a federal job. It would be nice if USPS trained their staff on common courtesy and respect. On 9/19/2024 I was in front of my desktop when I received an email notice a package I ordered was delivered into my mailbox. I right away went to my mailbox. I had mail, but no package. It wasn't anywhere around my fenced courtyard or home either. Knowing how inaccurately postal carriers deliver mail (they deliver my mail to my neighbors' box and my neighbor's mail to my box almost routinely ), I asked my neighbors if they got my package by mistake. They did not. Just to be clear, my mailbox and my neighbors' mailbox all have locks. We spent money to replace the ratty ones that came with our home. If someone were to steal our mail/packages from the mailbox, they will need a key to access it. I filed a complaint with the post office. It is very frustrating filling up their form which had limited space and limited choices of answers to pick from. I was also upset that on the form I was to acknowledge that the particular package was "marked as delivered" or I could not continue filling up the form. I suppose they can mark it as "delivered" a million times even if it weren't delivered. A young lady called me today, 9/20/2024, to talk about the missing package. I right away told her there was no package delivered into my mailbox. I also looked around the house and I told her I had asked the neighbors. I told her I had ordered from Temu about 17 times the last two months, and this was the first missing package. She repeated a few times that it was delivered, it was delivered to the right address, etc. I finally lost my patience. How many times do I have to say I never received the package. She asked again if I asked my neighbors. I already told her that at the outset. I told her to stop investigating me and instead investigate this delivery person who claimed to have delivered the package. I would've liked to see a photo of the delivery, but I've seen too many YT videos where the person delivering packages take the photo and then take the packages back after having taken the photo. While I have surveillance cameras all over my home, my mailbox is too far away from my home; one of those aggregate mailboxes for the convenience of the delivery person. Attendant to this, when I filed a complaint with Temu, and asked for the reshipment of the items (because I need them), I had to acknowledge on the form veiled threats of getting the police involved should I be lying. This upset me even more. While my primary displeasure is with the USPS, Temu has also become a casualty because I am now afraid to order from Temu. I am looking for a way to communicate with Temu to ask them to stop using the USPS. I was not surprised USPS is rated 1.1 star out of 5 at Tripadvisor and Consumer Affairs. It looks like lost mail/packages is common at the USPS. They need to hold their workers accountable. At the very least, they have workers who claim to have delivered packages when they haven't. I cannot believe taxpayers bail out this business again and again from bankruptcy. Addendum: Several hours after I wrote this review someone from a few houses down the street came with the "lost package". When I check with the neighbors if they have my lost mail/package, I check with the neighbors to my left, to my right and the front of my house. I should not have to go hunting for a lost mail/package. The address on the package is very clear and the numbers on my mailbox is also very clear. read more

Our old post office in Mira Loma was great, but now we are part of this new area in Jurupa Valley. Post office is terrible... I have had problems with mail going missing, so I normally ask for the packages to be held for pickup. Today I go in to request this for a package I am having delivered and they say "we don't care that your packages are getting stolen, it is not our problem." I don't understand what gives them the right to not deliver mail for the day. I have been monitoring the mailmen and they have skipped mail deliveries multiple times. I have informed delivery and it tells me things are coming that day that don't arrive. Also, I monitor the package boxes and the keys have been left in there for 2 straight days while mail never comes. I will be filing a complaint as well with the postmaster general. This is ridiculous. How do they expect to handle "nationwide mail in voting"? What a joke! Fire the mailmen if they refuse to make daily deliveries... plenty of people are looking for work right now. Yes I will say it was very last-minute, but I work as well and that was the only time I had , went right after work , but anyways, I got there.
