I went to the Norco Post Office to get two expedited passports for my kids. When I walked in I noticed that the regular post office line was incredibly long. There was only one employee at the counter. They were short staffed. The line was moving slowly and the people were pissed. The blame was not for the one employee working his ass off. He was set up for failure. I hope management would not make that regular practice. I imagine it may be though based on the poor rating this post office received. Lastly, it's hot in there. After you are served, they make you rate them - good, bad or ugly. They put you on the spot because you have no choice but to mark good. But there is always Yelp. All I can say is that no one at this location cares about anybody in the line. It is even worse when you ask for a supervisor because you wait there behind that closed blue window and ring and ring and ring and no one comes to you. You all know what I'm talking about - And when they finally do and take your concern and tell you they'll work on it, you never hear back from them. I've been going to this post office for about a month now but as of today I don't think I'll be going back to this one. The lady with the bangs and short hair told me I can't leave my packages on the counter because they're small yet all I see on the counter is small packages and some even smaller than mine. I've never had an issue at any post office with leaving my prepaid and labeled packages on the counter till today. This makes me feel as she just doesn't want to help me and take my packages. I even googled to triple check that I can leave my packages on that counter as I've never had an issue at any location including this one until today - sure enough it was just something she made up to avoid taking care of the packages. I'd understand if I had 20+ small packages but I had half of that and even then I've seen well above 20 small packages left on the counter at every post office I've ever been to. read more

So unfortunately just like every other usps they can't do their jobs. I ordered something off of EBay and tracking said it would be done today. I checked their online tracking, and it said "Delivery complete- check garage or other location drop off area." I only have one drop off for packages. It's my front god damn door. There's usually 1 or 2 people working in the front so the line gets very long and takes quite a while to get through. The drop off mail bin outside does not get dumped as often as it claims it does, I would recommend going inside and sliding it through the drop off in there. The self kiosks are very helpful. I usually buy international stamps from there as well as labels for my packages read more

This is a terribly slow post office. I walk in with a preprinted label for a simple drop off. Maybe 5 people in line. Took about 30 minutes just for a 20 second drop off. The only two employees working counter chit chat with every customer despite a 20 person line now behind me. The lady working counter was difficult to understand with heavy accent also. This is the worst post office I have ever been to.... No one answers the phone then it disconnects. When I went there yesterday they had one staff at the register helping customers with the line that goes out the door. When it was my turn after waiting half an hour in line, the post office ran out of the roll stamps I needed. I asked the staff (fat girl) why nobody answers their phone? I say maybe because 1/2 the time Packages arrive to my carrier 1/4 of the time my carrier she hasn't received anything for weeks a couple times it took a month the other 1/4 I and a couple other neighbors don't get our mail or its delivered to the wrong address. I checked in today to return Black Friday orders which didn't work and had such a positive and pleasant experience! This Post Office was orderly, neat, well staffed, and full of charming and inspiring Valentine Building Materials ;0) All the Store Associates were hustling hard with joyfully kind and efficient Team Oriented Attitudes! The Lady running the Passport Area was great with kids and Julie was so bubbly and friendly in getting the long line moving fast and effectively. Julie showed me the quickest way to tape and box up my Order and reassured me I wouldn't have to wait in line which put in me a terrific mood. Rent a postal pox here. Haven't been receiving mail that was supposed to be in my box over a week ago. Before I could finish explaining the worker interrupted me and said it's in "my hands". In the most disrespectful manner. No, my mail is in your hands and that's why I pay for the unit. I left with no help and feeling like an inconvenience for a what should have been simple answer. Drop off box isnt big enough to drop anything useful and they close way before the hours on the door.

I had to look around my entire front yard to find that two packages from two different merchants have all been thrown into my backyard and chewed up by my dogs.. all in one week!!!! I work during the hours of delivery, so I cannot monitor where my packages are and get them once they arrive. My dogs got sick from chewing up the package and could have gotten hurt if the packages were thrown on them. You can see that my dogs throw up on the chewed up package. This is absolutely ridiculous and careless of the parcel services. Although some of the product was salvageable, I should not have to come home to product mixed in dirt and dog fec. I paid hard earned money on this product. Have the decency to place it at the front door. It's your job. This occurred Tuesday, March 28th, and Friday, March 31st. read more

Need for employees. Had an appointment for passport but they were too busy with the other line.

This is how i received my package TWO days after my tracking update stated that it was delivered when it was not. Cut slit, ripped open, and taped back up. They left me 3 out of my 17 ordered items, ripped up plastic and wrappers, and also another item that did not even belong to my order/package. Of course, there is much more to this story. But I'll say this, it is enough for me to say that this was FOR A FACT done by USPS in Norco. I have emails, phone call, and picture evidence of USPS not only tampering and stealing packages (not just mine), but contacting me and lying to me about it. I will be submitting a formal complaint. Worst experience by far for this Post Office! Had an appointment for passport processing. Paperwork says to arrive 10 minutes prior which we did. Then they have a sign at the passport desk stating to wait ion the regular line which took 12 minutes. Then when we get to the front the clerk says he will get someone. Waited way over 25 minutes asked status then he asks me what time is my appointment.... dah he looked at it when I showed him our paperwork. Does not make sense for us to require us to make appointment then find out there is a sign first come first serve Monday through Friday!!! What very confusing. Come post office get it together. Very poor customer service!!! Very frustrating waiting while others are assisted and we have not been addressed! So we have been waiting over 30 minutes and still no assistance. Then another clerk opens and she says I don't do passports and starts assisting others. Now both clerks are unsure if either of them had pages the "person" who processes the passports and finally pages her. 40 minutes go by and the clerk (Julie) wants to verify I have all our doc. I explained I followed the instructions to the T. Ok she verified I have all docs and tells us to wait.... and wait on opposite end of building... seriously???? She also indicated she does not know how to process passports. I can't believe only one person in this entire post office in trained to do pass ports! Oh, USPS how you are going to get replaced by UPS. I have continued to try and reach someone in the phone but no one picks up. Now it's been an hour and we DEMANDED for supervisor after being ignored by Julie So it's been over an hour and the "person" who processes the passports finally comes out at the request of the supervisor. Only thing is when I get packages, I like when they put the key for the storage boxes for you in your p.o box.But since they are a smaller location, they don't always have enough of those boxes available and I have to go back and wait in line. When I spoke to one employee, he grumbled and acted as if he is annoyed to be here. Plus Post Office has been diverting my mail back to senders for NO reason like DMV and my bank statement and cards. The representatives are always friendly. The lines fluctuate from short to long depending on the time of day. The store is always clean and organized. I often see people coming in for passport appointments, that seem to be timely and well organized based on the wait time.
