Wonderful neighborhood printer. They've been super fast, efficient, and helpful with the couple of small print jobs I've brought there. The website has a file upload option that makes it easy to get things started. Then they send a message to let you know it's ready. read more

First time I ever needed to print a yard sign (thanks covid) but my experience was easy and painless with these guys. I sent a total of 2 emails and they had project printed in 48 hours. Super friendly and polite through email and when I picked up sign. This is the PLACE to go! Don't look any further. read more

I have been using this company for labels over three years and unfortunately the quality and service to detail has gone down (While at the same time price has gone up). When I first began with them they would notice minor details that were off and would actually let me know to try to get corrected, not just send me a delayed proof to review quickly. Last order was not only three weeks late, fonts and colors were off (which make them unusable) and they did not even have courtesy of responding to request of compensation. read more

Calling all brides!!! Look no further - you've found your printing place. Here's what I did- I purchased my own blank invitations (shout out Hobby Lobby) and drafted a word Doc with the image/writing I wanted. From there, Alpha Graphics took the wheel and made my invite dreams come true! They worked with me to get everything exactly how I wanted AND they themselves helped get the right font/spacing on my envelopes when I wasn't sure how I wanted to do it. Very cost effective, quick turn around and just great people to work with. This is my first yelp review - I had to do it! You won't go wrong working with this company. Thank you Alpha team! read more

AlphaGraphics is the best!! Not only do they have amazing customer service, they are quick, precise, and very creative. I have a lot of different jobs I have needed to be completed with a quick turn around and they have never failed me. I have had 2 vehicle wraps done, aluminum signs for my parking lots, stickers for my product, decals for my truck, and even invoices printed. This place is one stop shop for all your business needs and I look forward to continuing my business with them. Great work AlphaGraphics Rancho!!! read more

This place is so amazing I lost my grandfather and had no idea where or how to print hand outs for his service. After several days off frustration I decided to look on Yelp. I messaged another place as well as Alpha and received a response within the hour. The owner told us he would be able to help us out and to send him the template we had. We sent it and he was able to confirm pricing immediately. Did I mention this was a Saturday after hours? They went in front of a computer to open up my file to review on a weekend when they were closed. Wow. My mother handled the rest but told me they were incredibly professional and quick to respond making a really sad and difficult task a lot easier. They answered every single question and did countless modifications in order to meet our specs. The hand outs were beautiful, exactly what we were promised with the price we were quoted from the beginning even after all of the extra work they did. I would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs, they really are that great. Thank you Alpha! read more

shout out to the guys at alphagraphics especially the owner matt. Response time was super crazy fast. Submitted a custom order vinyl transfer job and it came out flawless. Literally placed the order the night prior and went and picked up the order the very next morning. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend business with these guys!! read more

AlphaGraphics has amazing customer service. I had a very spontaneous idea, on a day most companies are closed. They are very accommodating and helpful, even on days they are closed and even guided me to another business that might be able to help. Definitely recommend, that type of character can only translate into amazing work. read more

Got my wedding invites done here.. Great service and great prices! You give them an idea of what you want and they fully customize it to your liking. I needed some last minute booklet printing with quite particular spec and Alphagraphics came through as usual. This was my first order from this particular location, but I had used AG in other states before and always had a good experience. That gave me great confidence as I needed to manage this remotely and this time was no different. Alexis did such an excellent job communicating and got the project done on budget and on time. Getting it delivered locally was super important and that too was made possible. Thanks Alexis and team. read more

Incredible service and quality! Working for a multibillion dollar company you look for a great product and service, and AlphaGraphics has both!!! Every employee I've dealt with has been nothing but superb. I would highly recommend this company! read more

Highly recommend! Solid work and great customer service. Ordered a banner surprising my son as he graduated from college.

I initially requested a quote for 50 color prints that yelp sent to many businesses around the area. The owner, Matt, got back to me extremely quickly and said that he was able to get the job done before the day's end! (I requested afternoon on a Friday and picked up the prints later that night, the business is closed on the weekends) I couldn't pick it up in time before closing but we came to a solution and I picked up the prints after hours in front of his business! The area surrounding the business is super clean and safe and I had full confidence my prints would be there. Definitely hit this place up for business! read more

Tim was a pleasure to work with and turned around a rush job in expert time to make sure we had everything we needed for our wedding on short notice. We even threw in an extra item last minute and he still got that knocked out for us by the time we needed it. His prices are fair and I love that it's a family owned business right here in Rancho Cucamonga. I would definitely recommend their services for any printing/graphical needs you may have. Thanks Tim!! read more

What an outstanding operation. Tim and his staff are truly a delight to work with. This is the second time I have used Alpha Graphics for a project and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Although I am in the graphic design business I am not in the printing business. Tim took the time with my client and myself to utilize his 20+ years in the printing field to advise us on what to do and what not to do. It is really nice to deal with someone who has answers for your questions and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I have used several printing business' in my endeavors and always seem to come away with a sour taste in my mouth. Great job Tim! This is one company I can recommend whole heartily with no reservations. Jason Davis read more

Matt and his team are the best of the best. Another printer totally screwed up my order 1 day before I was set to travel to a 50k person show in Vegas. Within minutes of calling Alpagraphics in Rancho, their team was proofing my prints and within hours I was picking up a large order. I was so impressed to find a company out there working like this. All of my printing is going through these guys now. I wish more businesses operated like this. Thanks AlphaGraphics Rancho! read more

This was my first visit to Alpha Graphics. We went in this afternoon to print a nearly "impossible" print job. I had some weatherproof silver labels that I needed to get printed and had already gone to two places prior for the job. This place has a very familial atmosphere and the owner has been in business for over 20 years. You don't really expect to walk into a print shop and feel warm and welcomed, but that's how we felt. Although they weren't able to print the job that I had (and to tell you the truth, it needs a specialized printer to do it), the owner suggested an alternative and I was able to get my items printed in the nick of time. I was very happy with their service. read more
