They also took care of all permitting with the city and communication with the landlord to ensure signs met all spec requirements. Overall David & his team made it a pretty easy process. Josue came to install the first sign today & did an amazing job. He was prompt, quick with his work without sacrificing quality of install, ensured the decal was in the proper location and looked good, even cleaned my whole window inside & out. I went in with a pretty small job and even though it was so small Joe greeted me, and helped walk me through the process right away. He continually checked in on me throughout the self serve process until it was complete and answered any questions that I had. This was especially helpful to me as I am legally blind and don't necessarily present as disabled, and it was really nice to not need to bring this up in order to get the level of service I need. Joe did it automatically. He even reminded me not to forget my glasses as I left and to the lady next to me making copies to be sure not to forget her original in the machine. The self-serve Print Station is so easy to navigate and communicates courteously estimating the cost of the print jobs for us before we make our final decision.
