It only costed me $30 ( depends how much you want to do) and I went down about .5 size. They were friendly and efficient with me getting this service completed. It took about a full day and a half to get it done and I was excited to come back and get my ring, it looked like they polished some more so it was extra sparkly which I liked since I knew I was going out that night to show off my ring to my friends LOL Not a bad place, feel free to check them out!

I came to this shop in hopes to bring my small purchase to them and continue my efforts to support small businesses. I purchased a small plaque that I felt should have cost under $20. I spoke with the sales person who was helpful. I placed the order and was asked to pay in advance for the personalized product which is 100% fine, she gave me the total and it was $38. For a tiny little plaque. See picture. I was very unhappy with the cost but felt obligated to purchase since I had taken up her time and made another customer wait. I ended up seeing that I could purchase this same product online for $6 and shipping would have been free and only 3 days. I do not think the price was fair!
