It only costed me $30 ( depends how much you want to do) and I went down about .5 size. They were friendly and efficient with me getting this service completed. It took about a full day and a half to get it done and I was excited to come back and get my ring, it looked like they polished some more so it was extra sparkly which I liked since I knew I was going out that night to show off my ring to my friends LOL Not a bad place, feel free to check them out!

I was referred here by a San Dimas Costco optical employee to repair a pair a glasses frames with a…read morebroken arm that Costco was unable to repair and no longer carried. I went there on May 10, 2026 and it cost $55 to weld the arm on. It broke after one week. They offer a 6 mo warranty so yesterday June 11, 2026 I was at that mall for a birthday celebration, so took them in to be repaired once again (this is about a 30 mile drive from my home, so not convenient). The man who originally fixed them was not there. So I showed the man my receipt. The man who repaired them made a mistake on the receipt as to which arm was repaired, so the guy there (rude as all get out) said it would be another $55 to fix them because it was the opposite arm. I am not crazy. I know which arm broke off my glasses. He said he could see the repair on the arm that was intact. First of all, the arm that was repaired would barely close, and secondly, I took them home and looked through my jeweler's loupe and there is no repair visible on the attached arm. Furthermore, that arm is the one that opens and closes loosely as it always has. I could have bought a new pair of frames had I opted to spend ANOTHER $55 (and he said it was normally $75!!!) to have them fixed again. Obviously I didn't since the first repair lasted only a week. I will let the Costco staff know about this when I go to pick up my new glasses next week and hopefully the employee will stop referring customers to this place. Very expensive repair, lasted one week, and warranty was not honored.
