I needed to get my sister's Urn engraved because I purchased my own Urn and if you purchase and get the Urn engraved at a funeral home it's more expensive. So when I did my search on where I can possibly get this engraving done I found Lewis Engraving. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful to this business because they not only stayed in communication with me, they did the engraving within a few days, my sisters Urn came out perfect! Everything was a smooth process. Thank you so so much. Definitely recommend 1000% !! read more

The owner was friendly and helpful. He finished my trophies so fast. And they looked great.

"Ring button and pull door" that is what it says on the outside of your business. We pressed the button twice. We get rung in. We immediately get yelled at for ringing the button. He tells us that he was in the back of the store cleaning and that we should've only pressed it once. We are extremely apologetic. He continues to berate us out. He scowled at us. We changed our mind and didn't want to look at any of his product anymore. We informed him we were no longer interested, to which he then responded with "oh now you want me to let you out?". He buzzed us out. He then followed us outside to our car, continuing to berate us and leave his property. Multiple times. Don't waste your time. read more

Poor customer service. Very slow to get one piece engraved. No proof was sent over for approval and was demanding payment prior to me even seeing the item. read more

Our grandfather passed away last month and we had him cremated. We had ordered a box for him and needed to get a plaque made for the urn he is in. We came here, unfortunately with an urgent request. However, the help we received was phenomenal, to say the least. We were accommodated with a rush ordered and received excellent service. I greatly appreciate the work done and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this business for all engraving needs. read more

Lewis has done several awards for an non-profit organization I work with. Lance is great to work with. He sends the proofs right away, very responsive, and works hard to get things done within a reasonable time frame, based on your needs. The awards are absolutely gorgeous, and many options from which to select. And the pricing is very reasonable. This is one I received when I was president of the organization. It's my favorite looking award, even though not my highest honor (professionally speaking). It also means the most to me, but that's not relevant for this post. Thanks for making it so easy, Lance. read more

Thank you for always doing a great job on engraving the championship team on my fantasy football league belt every year.

The last review I gave, I was on talk to text, so Siri typed in whatever words she thought I said. Lewis engraving, on San Bernardino Rd., is not very friendly when it comes to other people I should say trying to get business done. The owner commented on my last post saying, you must have the wrong business, I have the right business. I'm a retired veteran from the United States Army and served my country honorably. My DD 214 states that I have a honorable discharge. Like I said before, it doesn't matter the color of your skin, what should matter is the content of your character. And to the owner, I do have the right business! It was engraving on San Bernardino Rd. Now the owner is saying, maybe it was bad communication, the guy is Hispanic yes, but he speaks perfectly good English, and it wasn't over the phone, I called the shop before sending him directly to the shop! So to the owner, you have a blessed day read more

Lance is a ROCKSTAR. We were in a pinch and needed a brass plate for my Grandmother's urn. Her service was Saturday and I gave Lance a call on Friday afternoon. He went above and beyond to produce a gorgeous plate for us within just a few hours. His kindness and fantastic service really made all the difference in allowing us to provide our Grandmother with a gorgeous final resting place for her ashes. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Lance. read more

This place is awesome! Great workmanship! I'm a very satisfied customer! I was desperate on a Saturday Morning for a plaque needed for a "Director's" gift we needed to present on the same evening. I called and asked if there was any way they could help and they did! I came in explained what I needed around 10am, then was asked to come back at 1pm to pick up the plaque which turned out way better than I expected! I can't thank them enough for their help and great workmanship! The price was very reasonable and the work was amazing!! So don't hesitate and give them a call! read more

There aren't many specialty engravers out there. This is one of them. I took my fiance's platinum wedding band to get it engraved here. His ring is very small. They were able to engrave it with proficiency. Prices were very reasonable too. I wish I had more stuff to get engraved! read more

These people are awesome and they do great work. I've probably had close to two dozen charms that contain my husbands ashes engraved here. I recently dropped off some glass paperweights that also have his ashes inside to be engraved. I know that they will be perfect. Kandy L read more

Top notch, family run business. They can do just about anything and if they can't "make your wildest dreams come true", they will offer a more feasible solution! We often use them for many of our work-related awards. The engraving is always perfect! The turn around time is lightning fast too! Work recently requested some signs to use for a parade. Even though it was completely last-minute, they managed to get them done overnight. If I could give them bonus stars, I would just for that!!! Keep up the fantastic work! read more

This place has GREAT service!. I got a toolbox engraved that had to be specially done because of its size. It came out awesome. Customer service was fantastic. I will come back here for all my engraving!!! read more

I had a glass engraved for a Wedding Unity Vase ...not very happy with the final product. Young girl had no samples no suggestions and I felt rushed should have walked out door at that point my fault. But I stood based off Yelp. She only had a plate that showed 5 fonts I asked the size could I see some other samples she had none so the size was guessed. I hate to give bad reviews but since I do Yelp I had too. You can't even see the engraving it's so small and so light waste of money and my time. Now gotta see if it can be fixed or re-buy another vase. read more
