I ordered 12 custom little league trophies and the products were exactly how I had ordered them. However, I didn't realize I had typed Spring 2018 instead of Spring 2019, and thus the engraving matched my written request. A complete error on MY end. When I returned to the shop, the store owner was completely understanding and re engraved all 12 trophies and added a splash of color for free. She was so willingly to help me out and so understanding. I completely appreciated it. I was prepared to pay the difference, after all, the error was on my part, but she helped me. Needed to get a small name plate to finish up a plaque I made myself for a friend/business owner And Called another trophy shop around the IE and was told due to it being so close to the holidays (12/20/12) they wouldn't have it done until the new year. Maybe there was a misunderstanding but either way I couldn't wait that long, so I decided to call this place. The lady was very helpful and concerned about the what I was trying to do. I was expecting the same time frame but she said one hour! Maybe the next day if it wasn't a rush but I told her the sooner the better so she said just come on in. Anyways, the ladies there that helped me out were absolutely helpful, funny and friendly. Place was filled with their products and everything looked awesome. It sure looked busy. I told them of my gift to a local business, Warzone Boxing Club, and how their owner supports our military/veterans and how I wanted to show them appreciation. Our conversation led to me telling them a little bit about myself, how they helped me and my time in service. They thanked me and told me how they have family currently serving our country. asked them how much it would cost and I was truly shocked on how cheap it was! Trust me, it was waaaay cheaper than the other place. After a little chit chat i left for about an hour, came back and received my product.. It came out perfect. I walked in to Majestic feeling frustrated and desperate as I found out a short while earlier that my Mom's urn was not engraved with her name, date of birth and day of passing by another company as I had requested. Her funeral was set for the next morning. I met Kathy when I walked in to Majestic trophy. The heart and compassion that she showed for me and my situation was what I needed in that exact moment. 30 minutes later, I had a beautiful name plate for my Mom's urn to give my sweet Mom the ceremony she deserved. I've happen to be in Ontario today for a meeting and I need a Craftsman bottle opener engraved. So I google and Majestic Trophy Co pop up so I gave them a call. It was around 8:30am and Kathy picks up the phone and I told her what I needed. She said sure come on down we open at 9am but if you get here early knock on the door and I'll let you in. I found myself in a bind with my Spook-Tacular 1st and 2nd place prizes. I wanted to give out plaques for first place and second place winners for best decorated door and best carved pumpkin. My brother usually competes this for me but got extremely busy and could not complete the job. I received the artwork but the plaques were not finished. So I called around and Majestic had the black plaques in stock and sold them to me for a reasonable price. They even placed the art work onto the plaque for me for no additional cost. What can I say, Majestic is awesome.
