Worst customer service to date I have ever dealt with. Ordered shirts on 2/27 and paid extra for quicker delivery, yet to see shirts as of 3/23. Called on 3/13 was promised they were in the mail and on the way, plus offered me a free shirt for some bogus taxes they were charging and not getting shirts to me as promised. Yet to see original order or the free shirt. Careful with these scammers, thought better when representing the Military and LEO community. You all tried ripping off one of your own Military brothers. Expected more after reading your about statement but should have read the negative reviews first, don't expect to be in business much longer unless you get correct Management in place. read more

Well I Love love love the merchandise! BUT...I ordered April 29 and still have not received my order and it's now May 30. I did receive an email with a tracking number shortly after placing my order but I have been checking the tracking and order still has not even shipped. I was ordering for Mother's Day and Father's Day. Unfortunately, the order did not come in for Mother's Day and it appears it might not come in time for Father's Day either. I have thought about canceling my order, but I really don't like to be a jerk and I genuinely really like and respect the product. Honestly, a little communication goes a long way so if I was to get an email or some kind of correspondence phone call text saying hey we're still working on your order. Sorry for the delay, but it's coming soon. . Something like that at least so I'm not just having to go online and check tracking number or Keep waiting for a package to be delivered. Wondering if it got stolen.. I would just really appreciate some communication from the company. I also ordered a monthly shirt subscription that I am now not so sure I want. read more

Absolutely love ths designs and the quality of the shirts are very good. Some people complain they fall apart follow the instructions they have how to wash and they will last! I have so many shirts and tank tops from them. My only recommendation for people ordering online for tank tops the size of the tank tops for me is a little bigger then the shirts. Made the adjustment and love it. Also the stores in Ontario definitely worth a visit to try on the shirts to get your size if your in the area. read more

I came here looking for a star shape bottle opener as I was referred by a friend. It was very easy to find. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Love the design of their shirts. Owner is very friendly and personable that he came out and greeted me. I used the yelp check-in for 10% off. Good deal! If you want your gear - avoid this brand. Took ages for my package to arrive (incomplete) then needed to exchange sizes and that took ages to get them to respond to get a return label. Then took over a month of hearing nothing before I reached out.They said they were sending. 2 weeks later still nothing. Working on a refund now hopefully won't be a month for that. I ordered a shirt from them and it took the better part of a month to arrive. I left a bad review on google explaining my disappointment as they chose to blame USPS and their charitable work on the delay. I received an email from Maxwell offering me a free shirt to compensate. That was about 3 weeks ago. Guess what never showed up? I'm not interested in the free shirt. They can keep it. I'm interested in a company that i can trust and that at their word. Overall I like the products but a little disappointed if you support law enforcement military and first responders. Yet you don't offer anything to them when they give you business. Clean setup, well stocked, and very friendly staff. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

To start let me just say how helpful and friendly their staff are even when understaffed. From the moment I walked in they were all about helping me and seeing what I was into. Their selection is just WAY TOO GOOD! All their designs are the best if you are into the old school western and just stuff that is speaks attitude. The material is great, but where it gets better is how good the shirts feels and look on you! As I was leaving they even helped me to get a design going for my unit in the military, which they said they even have great deals in bulk orders! My ONLY regret is that I didn't buy more when I went to their store! Definitely a must see and support business!!!! read more

From the very start, these guys are fantastic. It all started with an order where I ordered a shirt size incorrectly and I needed to make an exchange. The communication was fantastic and even offered for me to come up to the store to make the exchange in person. After finding out that they were local, I was absolutely happy to go see them. Well I will say. I sure am happy that I went up to check out the place. From walking in the door they were super helpful, greeted me instantly and made me feel very welcomed. I love the vibe. I love everything they have. I even took a look at their business motto and fell in love with them even more. Even the owner of the company came out and greeted me. Customer service is over-the-top. We have notified Side Action Apparel, they acknowledged the issues in writing with their post office, yet they refuse to refund our $102.30. Way to treat our first responders. read more

The designs this place puts out are like no other. I've been to the old shop and the workers were the most friendly and helpful people. I haven't been to the new shop, but I'm excited to see the new place. I have many SAA shirts that fit great. I've had the chance to meet the owner Danny, who is the nicest and most down to earth guy you will ever meet. I gotta say for a business that caters to "first responders" they sure are pricks. From my brief experience with them, they appear to just want your money, THATS IT. My wife ordered a bunch of stuff online ($100+) for my birthday. One of the items was incorrect and when I spoke to manager on phone about it his attitude was "sorry but you already bought it" because the item was through a third party. Basically "too bad" that the item was completely different online as opposed to what I purchased. read more
