I called here to get a recognition award engraved as a gift to a retiring coworker. Called in to confirm hours and ability to execute the order. Everything is very transparent and well communicated. Called the night before and sent email to have baseball metals engraved for our little league team. They took my call and waited to confirm my email was received with the image of the metals k wanted engraved and give me a quote although they were about to close. I dropped off the metals the next morning and they had the metals engraved in a few hours after I dropped them off. Will def use this place for my engaging needs. The prices are comparable to what'd your pay to have items engraved online. I had approximately 40 characters for the engravings and they would've even fitted more character at the same base fee. read more

I called the day before Christmas Eve and the retired Air Force gentleman answered the phone, I told him that I was looking for the metal engraved labels that go in front if a painting for a christmas present. All the other places have to place orders and sub out their engraving plates, but they engrave right in the store. Had me in and out within 10 min. The other guy that works there too was very nice. I went here to get some beer mugs with engraving done for some staff and needed them within a short time. Western Trophy were timely and the mugs turned out awesome. One of the mugs were messed up, and when I called to get it fixed, the staff were polite and professional. They began working on the new mug while I was on the phone with them. Wonderful experience with Awesome Awards! I had a banquet for two cheerleading teams and needed a total of 29 medals and 11 trophies. We were on a super tight schedule (I had been on my honeymoon the week before) and needed them on a Saturday early afternoon. We desperately placed our order on Friday morning and I was able to pick it up Friday evening! Amazing! Even though their inventory was limited, I was able to get cute trophies anyway! If you do not harass the owner in the beginning of the year when they are the most busy, they will forget about your order. I remember patiently trying to do business with this establishment. I went after six weeks and my plaque was not done because they were busy. So I decided to give them more time. I went back after 5 months and they completely forgot to do my order. The excuse I was given was that they forgot and they were about to call me to see what I wanted to do with my certificate. All I did at that point was take my certificate back and go home. Its a shame that they did not bother contacting me within these six months. If they truly forgot my original purpose of going into their store, they could have called me. I left them my number with them. I understand that their mass order would bring them more money than my order, but that should have not been a reason to not even do it. If they were not able to take any more orders because they were busy, they should have just told me that they would not be able to fulfill my order due to them fulfilling Napa's order read more
