I'm very disappointed with the unprofessional nature of Trophies Unlimited during the last few days as explained below. I called them repeatedly on Wednesday, 7-2-25 at their phone number ((951) 788-5511) listed on their website (https://www.turiverside.com/shopping-cart/site/contact-us.php). I wanted to place an order for trophies. No one at Trophies Unlimited personally answered the phone; instead a voicemail invited me to leave a message. On 7-2-25, to expedite things, I emailed Trophies Unlimited at their email address (trophies4you@yahoo.com) specified on their website. The email I sent provided detailed information as to the kinds of trophies I wanted; the Trophies Unlimited product number and cost as advertised on their website; a photo from Trophies Unlimited's website of the kind of awards I wanted; and specific information about, among other things, the proposed text to appear on the award, and the "Laser/Sand Blast engraving" that Trophies Unlimited advertised it provided. Their website also said, "Production lead time for this product is 5 days." I sent my 7-2-25 email therefore in plenty of time, as I told Trophies Unlimited in my email that I wanted to deliver the awards to the awardees on 7-31-2025. To further expedite matters, I also told Trophies Unlimited in my email that I would pickup at their Riverside, Ca. store the awards and their boxes. I asked two questions in my email, including a request for an itemized cost for the awards. Trophies Unlimited did not reply to my email. On Monday, 7-7-25, I went to Trophies Unlimited's store at their address listed on their website: 6940 Indiana Avenue, Suite 2, Riverside, Ca. A sign on their door (I took a photo of it) said in various fonts, "We are currently closed. Returning Monday July 14 10:00am-5:30pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. Trophies Unlimited." (Bold added.) I have no idea how long that sign was on the door. I would have expected Trophies Unlimited as a matter of professionalism if not common courtesy to modify their business voicemail message and/or website to add the simplest of notices: they would not return until 7-14-25. In my opinion the failure of Trophies Unlimited to do so tells me a lot about what they think of potential customers. In the past I have received outstanding service from American Trophy and Award Company ((213) 553-9334 and (951) 479-0845; American Trophy & Award Company, Los Angeles, CA 90012), but because of a change in my location I decided to try Trophies Unlimited. Never again; back to American Trophy. I am giving Trophies Unlimited one-star, only because Yelp requires you to select some star. (Yelp's Toronto, Canada address for me is erroneous; I live in Southern California.) read more

This is 100% my go-to trophy shop! I've coached my daughters soccer team for 8 seasons and each season I get trophies from here. Never once has there been an issue with my ordering. Never. This place is super reliable, very friendly, provide a short turn-around, and is reasonably priced!! This is the only place I will ever use! read more

If I could, I would give them NO stars! I went to this store based on a recommendation to order a plaque for my pastor who has been with my church for over 15 years. It was a rush order since I was placing it on Wednesday and needed it for Saturday. The salesperson told me the store was going to be closed on Friday for the holiday (Monday July 4th), so she hurried me to place an order. When I showed her the picture of the plaque I wanted (a replica of one they'd sold to our church less than a year ago) she told me it was "discontinued". The other plaques weren't ornate enough for the occasion but I finally settled on one. As I worked on the inscription, the salesperson told me that the engraver wanted to go home early. Therefore, I needed to hurry so she could set the type and she would come in the following day to engrave the plaque. When I asked her if I could get a proof she said there was not time for one. When I asked to have the church logo on the plaque, that was a no-go also. I finally finished the inscription, paid for the product and left. I felt uneasy and dissatisfied with the purchase so I checked out another trophy store 25 minutes away and amazingly enough the plaque I had previously inquired about was NOT discontinued. They were able to get me the exact plaque I wanted, with my church logo AND send me a proof. When I called Trophies Unlimited to cancel the order that'd I'd placed only 2 hours prior, she said it was too late, it was already engraved. I found that interesting since she said the engraver was only going to typeset it before going home. Well, there goes $70! Now I know not to waste my time there again. read more

I would highly recommend Trophies Unlimited! I went in to have a plaque made for my son's Urn. I was very distraught due to the circumstances. I was hoping to have it done the same day....and the staff was so companionate and kind, they DID have it done that very day! Kudos to the management and staff, you relieved one of my worries!! Thank you! read more

Our organization has been doing business with Trophies Unlimited for years. This past year we have had many extra requests and they have been fantastic to work with. It seems as if there is nothing "too small" for them to do. We come in with an idea... "What do you think you can do with this?" and immediately they come up with a solution, present it for our approval, and then create it in a very short turnaround time. Many times we've needed something "yesterday" and they have made tremendous efforts to have it ready. Not only are they very professional in their work, but they are so friendly and nice to work with. This time of year is especially busy for them, but we are treated as valued customers whose order is just as important. Our highest recommendation to this company and our thanks for an incredible year of "engraving!" Thank you. Gayle McT and Susan H. read more

Stopped by here on a Wednesday morning to see if we could get some medals for 2 of our teams and when I explained the situation to the lady she said that they were really busy finishing up soccer trophies but she would definitely have some medals ready for us Friday evening since we were having our pizza party that night they went above and beyond and made it happens coaches were happy and more importantly the 22 girls on our teams had the biggest smiles ever thanks for everything will be seeing you again!! read more

I had a couple last minute trophies that I needed during the busiest time of year. I called the shop, they were clearly working hard and incredibly busy but they were so helpful, polite and professional. They turned around 4 personalized trophies in less than 30 minutes from the time I found them on google and they are beautiful trophies. Very impressed and will definitely be back and recommending them. read more

Best trophy shop! Excellent service, always on time, no mistakes on any of my orders, and the best prices (and I had used two other shops in the area before coming here; Trophies Unlimited had much better prices.) I have been using them for almost 10 years and won't consider going to any other trophy shop. read more

I have dealt with this company for a few years now. I coach several sports and they have a wide variety of trophies, medals, plaques, and other types of awards to choose from. It always seems that the people with "rush orders" are the ones to complain. I like to walk in, choose my trophy and place the order. Pick up is easy and they usually take about a week to complete my order. I highly recommend this company for all your trophy needs. Don't spend 30 minutes to an hour looking online for a few cents cheaper. It's best to go in person and get it done. I know they have a website, but I think the in-person service is great. My last stop, I ordered two teams and everything came out as requested. Kristi is my contact there, but others have helped me as well. Very professional service. read more

Everyone at this company is delightful, professional and competent. I could not possibly be happier with the service, and the price. The medal was outstanding and served a greater purpose. Thank you sooo very much for everything! read more
