Great customer service , helped me out with some trophies for my soccer leauge , best in town

Stopped by for a simple custom "off the menu" request. The project was completed immediately and perfectly. I was so happy with the results that I tried to pay double the original quote. The associate refused explaining he wasn't in the business of taking advantage of customers. I found this to be an indicator of upstanding ethics and character. If you are looking for tophies or engraving, I highly recommend this business. read more

Talked to Ray on the phone and he was very helpful. We had an Engraving emergency! We needed an Award which they had plenty of options . We needed it engraved the same day and also in another language. Ray was very helpful, showed me maybe options that were budget friendly to beautiful elegant pieces. They really put a lot of time and effort into making it perfect in such short time. They are located in Glendora which I love to support local businesses and they were very knowledgeable. A great place to order a plaque or trophy award for one or twenty-five. I have done many here. Margarthe is patient and helpful while assisting you with your design. Let me just start off by saying that I had a last minute job that takes a week to get done in less that 4 hrs I had a rushed service and they over delivered . I have a toy drive event this coming Sunday and I thought it was going to rain so I cancelled and never got the Placs/trophy last minute I decided to do the event rain or shine . Called in about 4pm on a Thursday looking for a small trophy with a Santa on top with two lines of engraving...that I needed the very next day. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful. She took my order (luckily they had the Santa because all the other trophy shops in the area didn't stock it). She took my order and told me I could pick it up on my lunch the very next day. Now that's service. The shop called me at about 11am confirming my order was ready for pick up. I walked right in...it was ready...paid and was out. Gotta say the trophy is pretty freakin awesome too! Awesome job and even more awesome customer service. I'll def be back to get all my trophies done here. read more

Glendora Trophy & Engraving - They made this in one day for me!!! - Trophy Shops Near Me - Glendora, California

I found Glendora Trophy & Engraving by chance, doing a yelp search for engraving places and I am so glad that I did! They are a fantastic company with amazing customer service and they produce high quality work. Their prices are reasonable and they will keep you updated during every step of the engraving process to make sure that everything is to your standard. I had awards made to honor my executive board and they came out exactly how I wanted them to. There was even a mistake made with the engraving and they made sure to fix it within a couple hours. Liz and Margarethe are just the sweetest! Liz made sure to help me pick out exactly what I had in mind and within my price range. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs trophies and/or awards done! They have a huge selection of awards and something for every price range. Thank you so much, Margarethe and Liz! My e-board all loved their gifts and I will definitely be recommending you guys to them to have future awards made for our club, Global Medical Brigades at Cal Poly Pomona! Thanks again! read more

From plaques, to trophies, and even keychains, bracelets and champagne and wine glasses. they have it all. My order was done in two days and they call you when it's ready for pick up! i walked in 5 minutes before closing and they still helped me out! they wrapped my trophy nicely so it doesn't get any scratches too. they were sweet the service was awesome. it's a great place to get something done! i would definitely recommend this place! read more

"Customer Service" is a huge deal for me ( i.e. My reviews ) I didn't even get the pleasure yet of working with Glendora trophy but after 5000 phone calls to every sort of engraving business I could google I landed here. Liz your an angel. My grandmother passed away on Monday after a long bout with Alzheimer's and she was cremated to be placed with my grandfathers ashes in a duel vault urn. The urn is wood but the name plaque is a 3/4 inch flat piece of marble. My grandfather passed away first so his name and date of birth and death are already on it my grandmothers side was left blank (she was still living) but the place that made the urn is out of business! so we need to add it now. The 5000 places I called refused to even consider the task or quote me an offer and WOULD NOT even refer me to someone who could. Liz at Glendora trophy was so sweet said they would need to see it but if they could , gave me the estimate and was so kind and considerate and lovely. It turns out they couldn't because it was originally sandblasted not laser but did refer me to a place that could! Love you guys! I will be back for the amazing memorial stuff you have just to support such an amazing business that treats customers right! read more

I had a plaque that is used for an annual golf tournament, and I needed it updated to show the winners for the past 4 years. They did a great job at turning it around in a couple hours. Very helpful, and they matched the font perfectly. And it was reasonably priced. read more

This place is amazing. I had problems getting the trophy from an online dealer so I called them in the morning to ask if the had a trophy for my ugly sweater party. To make a long story short they had it done within 6 hours of placing the order. Adding insult to injury I was stuck in traffic and she waited for me after normal business hours. Their service and ability to get the job done in such a short time is nothing short of amazing. I cannot give them enough props. In one word AMAZING. read more
