During the setup we exchanged messages to revise. I liked that they showed an image of what the AirPod pro case would look like. The mockup provided was dead center. But the actual product was not. I was told that after I received the finalize product that the mockup won't look like the actual product. What's the point of doing revisions if it's not gonna come out exactly as you want? I wish they let me know that ahead of time. I received the AirPod pro Case and the box had small dents in the corner as well as black finger print marks on the box. They assured me that the box would be in pristine condition. Initially I didn't want to give it to them because of this. I should've just trusted my gut.
