I wanted a plaque done for a retirement at the company I work at, and Doug was extremely helpful in getting it done in a timely manner. It took only 3 days for completion, and Doug was very accommodating in all of my requests. This was my first time ordering any sort of plaque, so I was happy for an easy and smooth process. The end product turned out fantastic. It's super important for me to support local shops. Even though Action Trophy is located in a pretty tiny and obscure lot, pay Doug a visit. The costs and service are well worth it! read more

I come here twice a year to have golf trophies updates. Typically, a simple process. This time drop off was fine. I was out their way so stopped in to pick it up. There was a sign on the door that they closed at noon that particular day. Not wanting it to happen again, I tried calling them several times just after 10 am and got no answer. I gave up and went to the store and luckily, they were open. read more

Compliments to Doug of Action Trophy & Engraving. I was in urgent need of an item. I had gone to and called several places and they were out or it was no longer carried. Doug went over and above. They were in the process of moving and the item was in storage. He went to storage and got me the item. It saved the day for me because I needed it for a presentation the next day. A friend from OCHosting.com gave me his contact information. A shout out to Beverly. And a big thank you to Doug and Action Trophy. read more

Hello today my sister and I walk in to the store to get 3 coaches gifts . I ask the old white man working there if I can add names to the plaque he answered me back saying you can add how many pintos names you want for a extra 1.50 more each name . My sister and I were stock . Then a lady form the back came out and the old man was so mean to her in front of us and then left and didn't care and walk to the back of the store . My sister and I will never go there again . read more

Doug was such an amazing help. I brought so many issues to this project, a time crunch of needing this engraving done the next day (i was going with another vendor but things did not end up working out), as well as fixing the engraving to perfection!! I felt so terrible and wanted to compensate him extra cash but he refused, was such a sweet gesture on his end. 10/10 would recommend coming to this place. They did amazing work with a great turnaround time. He presented multiple designs for me to choose from with a great deal!!!! Thank you so much Doug and the team for helping me out. read more

I have a private dog training business and instead of giving my graduates a certificate, I give them a plaque. The very first time I came to Doug with my design idea, Doug took the time to help design my plaque, which came out exactly what I wanted. Since then I have been using Action Trophy and Doug's service for the last several years. I highly recommend Action Trophy for all your award or recognition plaques, trophies or engravings. read more

I went to have a plaque made for our family cradle with our newest great grandsons name and date of birth. I have gotten all 8 plaques made here starting in 2006. Not a large purchase but they have always been so nice and helpful to me. Was told it would be about a week and within two days I got the call from the sweet lady that it was ready. They also replaced a plaque that the gold had faded on. I so appreciated how thoughtful and pleasant she was. I will be sending them a gift card from Starbucks for their above and beyond service. Thank you so much ! read more
