Ryan at Loudprint is at the top of the vendors that I have had the pleasure of working with. It all started with a Sunday 6:00 am Yelp price request. By 7:15am (on a Sunday!), Ryan had responded with a plethora of questions to ensure that he understood exactly what I wanted and a price quote. I dropped off 25 sweatshirts at his office less than a week later, and less than a week after that, I had the sweatshirts in hand with clean embroidery on the chest and sleeve. He kept me in the loop the entire time and the original price quote was the final price (I always expect an increase in price due to the many shady vendors out there who find some additional charge to hit me with when I get my final bill). Ryan was simply the best. This is the third time coming to Loudprints for my tennis team's uniforms and I'm sorry Luis, but Ryan is my man moving forward. Never wrote a bad review, but this will have to be the first as I have never been this frustrated with a business such as this one... I used to use these guys a year ago on several screen print, embroidery, DTG projects for my clothing brand. However, this time around was completely shocking of how terrible the service was on my last two projects. 1. They never gave me my refund on a project they were not able to fulfill due to "complexity." Followed up several times and nothing... So I guess I will be taking the loss on this. 2. THIS WAS THE WORST PART. For a separate project I discussed my garment design mockup in full detail with their management for an embroidery and screen print and AGREED on a price with the quote THEY provided to me. I then immediately delivered the 12+ huge boxes of garments to their shop. Then I followed up almost EVERY DAY to get an estimate of timing of when I would receive the finished products. Then finally 10 days later they emailed me a new quote without any mention that they increased my price by double the cost!! Luckily I read the quote details before approving the quote online and I immediately asked what happened. They said they messed up on my original quote and couldn't do it at that price anymore.. And understand mistakes happen, but to leave me hanging for 10 days and to not mention anything to me about the increased price was extremely sketchy. They just expected me to accept the new quote as if it was the same one as the original and make the payment. There was no ownership on this mistake and wouldn't provide a solution so I had to pick up all my boxes of clothes that was an hour and a half away with traffic and take it to my other print shop. Luckily they took care of me and even gave me a lower cost than the original quote Loudprint provided me. Timing is extremely important to us as we have a clothing brand that have garments expected to release by specific dates for each season. And the fact that they completely wasted so much of my time and didn't provide any communication is frustrating. Very sketchy way of business here. Very disappointed of the decline on quality of service over the last 3 months especially since i've been a loyal customer since 2020. read more
