We had all of that but what made it easy was the constant attention to details on corrective action and how responsive the team at PBM was during the entire development time My site, www.usc24x7.com is in production now and I'm very happy displaying the PBM Link at the bottom of the page. Special thanks to Alex who helped drive the final touch ups.

The flow of communication was extremely easy and I felt like I was able to have creative control of my website. I was given a lot of options and styles, little by little my site was built and I felt like it was me when it was all done. I really enjoyed the fact that if I didn't like something, I was able to let them know and changes were immediately made until I was completely satisfied. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Breeze Marketing in a heartbeat! I tried building myself a webpage prior but it honestly looked like child's play. It is definitely better to have a professional do it if you want your website and brand to look professional. What I also appreciated is that Sam gave me ideas of how to further my brand in other ways besides my website. It feels amazing to feel supported and to know that he wants to see me and my brand grow. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! Thank you again Pacific Breeze Marketing for EVERYTHING! Looking forward to what we can do together in 2017! My website: www.anne-phung.com

We contacted Amanda and set up a meeting, and decided to have her create a mural flowing over 2 of the four walls of our master bedroom. She arrived on time, and listened to our ideas. She presented three concepts; each a successful interpretation of the concept we had described at our first meeting. It is her practice to have a very clear sketch of the final work product prior to painting on the wall. No surprises; you know exactly how your walls are going to look before she starts painting. What she didn't know is that I had recently given up a 20+ year career in design and art direction and no longer had a creative outlet. Kudos to Amanda for patiently going through the various changes/revisions to work through to a final version that my wife and I both love. The last part of this included her providing a computer rendered image that I was able to bring into Photoshop and make the final changes to. We took off on a vacation leaving Amanda to do her thing. Upon our return, the project was complete and correct in every detail. Ultimately, the payoff is how it looks. I've uploaded one "before" and three "after"photographs.

Keith Simpson did a terrible job on all our printing on masks. We had given him several jobs but after 3 jobs, we realized his work was very sloppy ( the screen printing is unclear, shifted and sloppy, faded and uneven !) we then cancelled the rest of the jobs that were not done. He did not want to give us our masks left ( the ones we provided to him for printing- 500 pieces and up ) unless we paid him an extra $93 becAuse he claims the price is higher for the quantity done so far because we reduced the work ... dude! We canceled becAuse the quality of the job is bad, not because we wanted to ! Keith got mad When we told him the honest truth : the job is not good enough !!! Avoid at all cost if you want to save yourself money and time. Unethical work ethics !!! We got charged $93 extra for losing time and bad quality , he would not release our stuff unless we do so !!! Unbelievable

Unprofessional, unqualified ghetto printing guy!…read more DO NOT HIRE KEITH SIMPSON from KC PRINTING & PROMOTIONS to do printing jobs for you. Please read as this may save you a lot money and time. He was given 710 masks to print and he gave me a price for everything. At first, he seemed very willing and will seem to go out of his way to make it work. This is only until he gets the job! I came to him because I needed several jobs done very fast. That was my requirement: SPEED. He told me he could get 710 masks printed fast (1-2 days). I emailed him several logo files and gave him the masks on a Saturday morning. I drove to Marina Del Ray to meet with him & he assured me he could get the job done my Monday-Tuesday. I even provided him with the films for 4 logos to expedite things. Come Monday, he says Wednesday. Come Wednesday, he only completed 2 of the 8 logos I had for him to do. At this point, he also had some questions regarding logos, etc. This is 4 days after he received all logo files and keep in mind the first thing I asked him for was SPEED. When he sends me pics of samples for me to approve, I wasn't pleased and asked him why were some parts lighter than others. He would respond "its the lighting". He completed 2 jobs and once I picked them from his house in Carson, I realized the quality was very poor. The lines were faded and uneven. It was sloppy and the lines were bleeding. He tells me they can only run the ink once. Please view attached photos. Basically, he kept doing a bad printing job and asking me to send new files which was annoying because I sent him all files a week prior! Once I told him I wish he told me what he needed earlier, he got annoyed and threatened to return everything to me and claimed it is not worth his time. Amidst arguing via text message, WE both agreed to cancel the rest. Instead of being apologetic and sorry for not completing the job, he then proceeded to increase his prices and sends me a request for $93.75 via Venmo. I've ALREADY paid for the jobs he's done via venmo. Actually I had paid more because I paid for deposit of jobs he did not do. At this point, he refused to give me back my 650 remaining masks unless I paid him an extra $93.75. Please note this person has yet to give me ANY invoice until today. He said the special price was only for the volume yet the reason we cancelled because HE could not perform a good job and because HE suggested he wanted to return everything. Once we agreed to cancel, he had me pick up my masks in the evening that he left in the back of his Jeep in front of his house in Carson. (professional right?) During that time, he also sends me a message asking me to allow him to complete the job. I did not respond. Once my associate arrived to his house, he refused to return my masks unless I paid him $93.75. My masks alone are worth over $1200, an amount far exceeding the $93.75 he is requesting. It is clear that Keith Simpson is far more concerned about collecting $93 than having a happy and satisfied client with his work and having repeat business. He is also rude, extremely unprofessional and threatens me via text message. In the end, I HAD to pay the extra $93.75 because he would not give me back my 650 masks. I was EXTORTED. It was pure EXTORTION. Unprofessional, unqualified. I paid more for a bad printing job which did not meet deadline. This was the worst business transaction I've ever had in my life. DO NOT HIRE KEITH SIMPSON or KC PRINTING & PROMOTIONS in Carson. STAY AWAY. SCAMMER! THIEF! TERRIBLE PRINTING JOB!
