I was able to call and speak with the woman in charge who was able to ask me a few questions and if I had been on the website. The website wasn't truly easy for me to navigate - I let her know I would prefer to have see in person. So I made an appointment to come in the store the woman then walked me to the upstairs trophy display case and was able to describe and explain the differences between those that are offered and shown and how much customization I could do as well. After having picked out all the few details that I wanted including the shape and material- I was able to move onto the words that I would like engraved and also the picture. I was then given a mock up of the receipt which I decided to pay for on the spot. After this I have been in contact via email because I was quoted a date I would be reached out to but I hadn't heard anything, so as a new customer I sort of panicked lol I did get very prompt responses afterward. My experience went pretty well even with that small hiccup. The only thing that I was unaware of was the (lack of) weekend hours /so I had to wait a couple of days to pick up my product. & the friendliness level could also increase All in all, I do recommend.

I kept trying to contact them so we could work out the details of the project and try with samples first because it was a tricky production. Silence. At this point I am panicking because I had already paid and I am running out of time. Then they come back with a suboptimal product, poorly produced but I had to bite my tongue because I had already paid and needed it for the event. A couple of months later, the product (a wall plaque) fell apart on its own, so reluctantly I contacted iCrafts. As you can imagine never heard from them. I told the guy that I wanted to come out there and look at the materials, he said okay. I confirmed the hours. I got there and it was all locked up gated up so I called. He said he'd be there in about 5 or 10 minutes which actually turned out to be 15 to 20 minutes. A little hole in the wall literally, out in Glendale, took me about an hour to get there. He was not very pleasant, kind of rude. I started to walk out but they were the best estimate for my budget. I hope it was worth it and not a waste of my time.
