I spoke with the sales person who was helpful. I placed the order and was asked to pay in advance for the personalized product which is 100% fine, she gave me the total and it was $38. For a tiny little plaque. See picture. I was very unhappy with the cost but felt obligated to purchase since I had taken up her time and made another customer wait. I ended up seeing that I could purchase this same product online for $6 and shipping would have been free and only 3 days. I do not think the price was fair!
