Eli did an excellent job with our screen printing order. I own a local martial arts school and we needed 100 t-shirts for our students. It was our first time making merchandise in a while, and quality was a priority for us. Originally we tried ordering some samples from somewhere else, an online print-on-demand site. We had heard good things about the convenience of print-on-demand, but when the samples arrived we were really disappointed. The colors were off and muted, smaller text and lines came out blurry, and some of the graphics came out misshapen. We decided to try working with a local print shop instead. I called a few of the bigger print shops in downtown LA that I had heard of, but on the phone I got the impression that they prioritized significantly bigger orders. I felt that my small business needs would not be given as much attention. I turned to Yelp to find an even more local business in the Pasadena area. As someone who is new to making t-shirts, I found it extremely helpful to be able to see it in-person and also feel the texture of the garments. Eli was generous with his time and it was clear he knew his stuff. I felt confident that my order would be in good hands. He sent over a quote that same day and turned around my order in record time. After we had wasted all that time with the print-on-demand company, we were behind on our timeline to get the shirts to our students but thanks to Eli we got it done. I needed some shirts for my company & they failed to deliver. I've gotten plenty of quotes & there's was so bad seemed like a scam. I asked for only print work on 12 shirts that I would be supplying and they quoted me $36 each for only print work . $36 EACH . When I mentioned if that was the total or the rate per shirt being a large sum per shirt he began giving attitude & said we were a small company looking to make profit & take no risk. I decided to get everyone a soccer jersey with their nicknames on the back. Each jersey was a different set of colors. Elias is the owner of the business and he is wonderful to work with. The fact that he does both the graphics and the printing really allows you to customize what you are creating. As an artist this is HUGE! Also, I am always looking for a deal and his prices are really good, definitely better than vista print which is what I have used before. I have ordered bulk t-shirts for a show, I have done custom t-shirts (1 was an original design, 1 was a picture of a family member and another was an image I asked him to design with an image I gave him), business cards and professional post cards to seek an agents. All of the times he has been accommodating and really listens to what I was looking for. I usually tell him what I am looking for, the colors and style I like and he designs something that I couldn't of imagined because it looks so good. The quality of his products is really good too. He pays a lot of attention to the details. It is definitely the place to go, especially if you are looking to order from a real person you can talk to rather than ordering from an online company that has set templates and up charges for every little detail that you want that isn't in the template.
