Accidents happen, and it happened this week with my iPhone X. I accidentally dropped it and I thought I was saved because I had a screen protector and I saw no damage to the display, but then I removed the iPhone case and the back was shattered! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wolf Wireless / Bruce. A friend of mine recently replaced their iPhone 6 Plus battery with WW and would not stop talking about how happy they were. Needing to replace 2 iPhone 6 Plus batteries as well, I wanted to see what Bruce could offer. WW offers service by appointment only which is great because I can plan my day accordingly. Booking the appointment was easy, less than 5 minutes, and to top it off they send email / text notifications to confirm and remind you of your appointment. The building is locked so you'll need to text WW for the access code to enter, which isn't a problem. Once you exit the elevator it's the first door and couldn't be easier to find. Bruce was professional, kind and on top of it! He replaced one of the batteries in less than 15 minutes!!! Amazing. When it came to my second iPhone 6 Plus, one of the screws next to the lightening port was stripped. I'm not sure how this happened but it was not WW fault. Bruce brought it to my attention and gave me options as to what he could do to still get it out. In the end I decided it'd be best not to replace the battery and which he was apologetic for. NOT HIS FAULT AT ALL! I appreciate the no hassle or "salesmen" type of environment. Would I go back? Absolutely. Having a broken iPhone screen is actually pretty stressful, and as a Security Consultant, I'm pretty hesitant about handing my phone over to other people, especially when it leaves my sight. Bruce is great in that he can come to you, or you can go to him, and the whole process is done right in front of you in less than an hour. He does a full assessment of your phone before the repair and after the repair so that way he can tell you about any additional damage and the price before he gets into the repair. If you have any questions he's more than willing to pass on his knowledge, and all the components he uses are genuine from the manufacturer with Apple Logos. He also has a huge library of cases, plates and screen protectors that can really make your phone unique.
