Ironed on but wanted extra support due to riding on a motorcycle.

Fast and great customer service. I needed a date upheld after entering the editing phases and they even beat that date. Every patch accounted for and looked like the design example.

Dark threads make product unsellable.

DISCOUNT IS A SCAM, COMPANY IS SLOW, BAD QUALITY WORK The discount is always at at least 40%. This is a ploy the company uses to get more sales. Sometimes it does jump to 50% but realize you are really just getting a 10% discount on jacked up prices they have slapped a "discount" on. I've ordered multiple products from this company. I'd say 50 percent have had issues. For example, I ordered socks with a "custom cuff" that I paid an extra amount of money for (around 90 if remember correctly). The proceeded to tell me that the cuff option wasn't possible with my design, but did not refund me the money back. It took me a lot of calls to get that refund. The socks also arrived and are completely unusable. They say since I didn't do a proof (which I didn't do because the order was so slow at this point after both holidays for the worker and their messing up simple instructions). The dark thread is very visible under the light knit areas of the socks. I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this company. Do not make my mistake. P.s. This site doesn't let me post pictures of the products, but look at my profile photo here and you will see the bad product this company left me with.

The/Studio advertises "up to 30% OFF on all products"; but, apparently, not *all* products.

Went to order masks from The/Studio. Their website advertised "Get up to 30% OFF on all products." After going through to the end of the ordering process for masks, I realized no discount had been applied to my order. So I asked their support staff. They escalated me to another support person. After a bit of back and forth, the second-level support told me that masks were not included in the offer. So I asked to see the exclusion list on their website. I was told they don't have "such a document." After a bit more back and forth, the support person told me a manager would call me "in 5 minutes." 20 hours later I contacted their support people again and asked about that call from the manager. The manager called about 30 minutes later and told me more about how even though masks were part of their "products", they are not part of their "core products"; and thus, were not eligible for any discounts. At the end of the day I decided not to place the order since I can get the masks slightly cheaper from elsewhere without the misleading advertising.

The most horrible screen printing company I have ever done business with in my entire life. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Great job with my patches. Wish they did a discount for schools. But still great work.read more
