I asked for same day service, mid afternoon. I shouldn't say that, since it may not always be possible, but I got two t shirts printed and to my uber delivery within 2 hours. OMG..... I just received my sash and it is PERFECT!!!!! Exactly what I wanted and for less than half the price that my school quoted me for it (and less than everyone else I asked too)!!! They helped me pick the font, placements, thread color, etc and did it right in two weeks! Super happy with it and I'm telling all my friends who are graduating next year to just get theirs done here!! Amazing! I am a huge procrastinator... I also have decision paralysis and will look at choices via Yelp and Google for hours on end... ended up coming here! I needed to get my graduation dash embroidered... I came in on around 5 PM Wednesday and needed it back by Friday morning... it was already ready around noon on Thursday! Many other places also wanted to charge a rush fee and needed a 3-7 day turnaround time for any normal orders. One place said it would be a 100% markup, so double the price. Not only did Stitch Me not charge a rush fee, it was super affordable! It was $25 per placement, so $75 total was super affordable! Getting it done from the school-affiliated grad website (they're always price gouging everything) would've been double the price. Thanks so much guys!! read more

STITCH ME CREW CAME TO THE RESCUE and did an incredible job on two completely different jobs. Josway (pronounced that way) was so knowledgeable and helpful and took great care with a special uncustomary transfer onto sweat pants. The guy at computer setting up files seemed annoyed and made me feel unwelcome, but it didn't matter when it came to the work. Price wuoted for embroidery job was lower that final bill but im sure they'll adjust. they did a brilliant job placing my logo on a few blankets. Looks amazing and high quality! Having no time to do a simple job... I can understand that. However, if you're that busy, hire people, coordinate your business, grow! ...but have the courtesy to be professional, friendly, your lousy attitude about new clients really baffled me... They accidentally put the logo on the wrong color hat and quickly offered to redo the hat with the right color and allowed me to keep the other hat. Great customer service at an awesome price! I needed to get some scrub tops embroidered for work. I had sent an email to Pablo to see how much it would cost and was quoted a pretty fair price. I decided to stop by after work to drop them off. I brought a jacket that I had previously embroidered elsewhere and they were able to provide a close match in terms of text and size. The turnaround time was a few days, but the embroidery job was much better than I had expected. For the two tops it costs about $32 for 2 lines of text on each. There is some street metered parking available and due to COVID, you don't enter the store, but complete the transaction from the doorway. If I need a few more tops embroidered in the future I will definitely be coming back. read more

Wanted a good patch to go with my motorcycle vest. I had read the reviews of this place and it was quite a bit of a drive for myself. However, I can say hands down the best choice for custom patches and the finest work done for what I wanted. I spoke with the main desk person Pablo who was very helpful and showed me every detail of the process leading to the final result. His team did an outstanding job on the detailing and the final product to which I will recommend other motorcyclist looking for an awesome piece to go here. Stitch Me is absolutely amazing, a solid 11/10! I got my USC sash embroidered here and it only took them one week to get it done. I had 4 placements, with one of them being a complicated design, and there was still no rush charge! I'd found Stitch Me by chance when a friend had recommended I go to Lana's embroidery nearby. However, when I'd arrived at Lana's, she wouldn't even talk to me let alone take my order. I called Stitch Me in a bit of a panic and was instantly put at ease by the store's professional and kind customer service. When I'd arrived it was fun chatting with the store owner as I figured out the placement of my patches. The customer service was so great that I actually looked forward to returning to pick up my sash. My sash looks incredible, and I got it done in time for grad photos. I'm recommending Stitch Me to everyone. They're reasonably priced, and a much better alternative to Lana's embroidery or Greek Escape. read more

Used to have someone in the office come here all the time to assist us with embroidery, so I…read morefortunately never had the opportunity to deal with Elisa, the owner. This was the first time I interacted with her, and will certainly be the last. At first, she seemed flustered. We went over *exactly* how we wanted to the monogram to look; size, color, location. When the day came for pick up, I was astonished as to how wrong the product came out. The font was triple the size we agreed on and we described, and the location was in the middle of the product (versus along the edge, which was what was explicitly requested). A few back and forths, she admitted to incorrectly monogramming the product and gave a discount of $16 for the monogram, but refused to acknowledge that the product was ruined or damaged. Her exact words "damaged means the product does not work, it works, the zipper works." I explained that the product was handmade, that another comparable product can be obtained in an expedited fashion so that it can be ready for Christmas, and discussed that we would only feel right for her to reimburse us for the product that was ruined. She vehemently opposed any amicable solution and lost a customer for life. B aware of shady businesses that cannot take ownership for their mistakes and errors.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

It was a bad experience for me. Looks to me like the staff doesn't care about their customers, I waited at the counter and they kept working as if I didn't exist. Very rude staff, It was cluttered and small. No more than 2 customers can fit in the place at a time. I showed up there and they took 20 minutes on 2 customers and left me waiting while they had a lengthy conversation with them. Finally I left and returned and I was greeted and asked if I was ready I told the person hold on a second and when I was ready he watched me stand at the counter like I wasn't there. Then he started sewing and looking through boxes at they point I decided to go elsewhere. It was a disappointment. MR PABLO THEY WAITED ON ME, I TOLD THE PERSON TO GIVE ME A MOMENT TO SHOW THEM A LOGO. I PULLED IT OUT AND THE PERSON LEFT THE COUNTER AND PULLED OUT GARMENTS AND STARTED SEWING THEM LIKE 3 FEET AWAY AFTER THIS I WAITED 10 MINUTES AND DECIDED THAT HE WASN'T INTERESTED IN HELPING ME, LIKE I DID NOT EVEN EXIST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO EXCUSES! read more

Very rude and impossible to work with Bought from him in 1915 when it was called JJ embroidery and had trouble with on time delivery then but decided to give a second chance What a mistake they charged me the full amount on the credit card when a deposit was required When I picked it up he made me come back to the store for the refund They also charged extra by the credit card processor for the fees which the merchant always pays The order was supposed to be finished by the Friday which it was not and when I reminded him a week later he said he was cancelling the order and would give me a refund I still have not received my refund When it came to the colors of the lettering he could not do it and I had to go to my printer who was using the same artwork for printing to help him with the colors I did not have to do anything for the printer he new what to do This is my first negative review as I don't like Gerri g them myself but the public should be aware I hope I get my credit read more

what a joke. emailed them for quotes and after several emails back and forth, they decided to double the initial quote because they "misunderstood" the dimensions. which could be a simple mistake, but then they followed up by saying samples were only possible after the order have been submitted. let me tell you that their rates are almost double if not triple than other embroidery shops I've reached out to. I asked if it was possible to request or even purchase a single sample before I committed to a full order (that would anywhere from 1-2k) they said no. but you CAN purchase a single sample for $50 (logo set up charge) + additional $15 (for the 1 patch). end of story. take note that was an order for a simple two color patch design that is roughly 1x5". edit: guess they got butthurt, cause they responded with and I quote "poor Brian, our customers are not based on Yelp" read more

The employee Pedro first of all comes off as a professional . Yet the jobs done on my clothing was sloppy and a waste of money . I was charged $400 for 20 shirts and only 3 of em actually came out almost the way I wanted them . The rest were a waste . PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET ANYTHING DONE , and one time . Takes 3 weeks for everything . read more
