As for the pricing his packages are priced very well he even helped me create a custom package that fit my budget. Overall My company site is amazing! If you need a professional website this is the place to be.

We have had a…read morefew bad experiences with developers taking the rights to our site or being completely unresponsive so I turned to Yelp in search of someone trustworthy. After speaking to multiple businesses, I decided that Sam was the perfect fit. His prices are extremely reasonable and his quality of work is unparalleled. He now handles multiples sites for me and I have turned to him for last minute urgent tasks (logo, website updates, etc) which he always finishes immediately and wonderfully. What I love the most about working with Sam is peace of mind. I know he is constantly paying attention to my sites. He calls me out of the blue and lets me know when he anticipates a problem arising out of the site. He also monitors call volume, strategizes for new client leads, and completely goes above and beyond to make surer we are doing everything we can to be as competitive as possible on the market. Since working with Sam and Workroom we have noticed significant changes with our volume and we owe it all to him!

I spoke with Joseph on the phone about a project that I asked if he could help me with. I…read moreexplained everything in detail and told him I had the materials. I just needed someone to do the work. He reassured me over the phone that he could do it and my timeframe was not a problem. Later that day, I bring my materials and he again assures me he can do the work. I ask for a price estimate and he says he does not know and will call me the next day. The next day I call and he is out of the office. From that point on he became impossible to reach and when I went back in person, they pretended to not know who I was and they stole or got rid of my materials. They screwed me over so bad and for no reason. If they couldn't do the project or didn't want it, they could have just said that and I would have been on my way. Joseph is a thief and an incompetent liar and should not be trusted with any job. His employees are not given much ability to do anything on their own, making them just as incompetent as he is. From watching their engagements with other customers (none of whom seem happy or satisfied), this is a place you go last minute because none of the other print shops can take your order and you don't mind Joseph screwing you with inflated pricing, hidden product shorting, and other ways Joseph has figured out to cheat his customers. Just waiting in the front and watching them converse with their customers is a real eye awakening experience and I seriously don't understand how this business is still in operation.
