It is very close to Pasadena City College and very convenient for me. It's a lot cheaper than my purchasing all the equipment and putting it in a small room. I needed to make some copies and fax some important papers. I entered the store and was greeted by a smile and a hello from the staff. I had some questions concerning the multi-purpose self-service machine. I needed to insert my credit card and adjust some settings. My papers were quickly processed. I am very impressed with the training program that FedEx must have in place. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the store. There is also off street parking on the side streets perpendicular to Colorado Boulevard. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

When employee Evelyn walked by, I asked her to help to clear the cache of my personal information, and she told me it was, except it wasn't because my credit card was still active. When I told her I needed the machine powered off to clear the cache of my personal information, she walked away and said "go ahead". I told her I could not find the power button, but Evelyn did not help. So I saw the plugs of the copy machines and started pulling them out, when I was body checked by Assistant Manager Al. I have a heart condition. Check your in-store surveilance tapes for that behavior and lack of assistance. Those two employees need retraining. And let's talk about legal action.
