Seeing so many people's great reviews made me very hopeful , although they were far from truthful when it came to deadlines and even went as far as telling me I could go pick my stuff up if I wanted to simply for mentioning the fact that they keep pushing days and missing deadlines without as far as a heads up. Real professional right ? If I could give it less than a star I would. Their excuse was sarcastically " well sometimes we get busy" , as if I wasn't a paying customer also . After two weeks and three times being told they'd send me a mock up of my order which they never did I finally just came to pick up my stuff I dropped off and got my refund. Overpriced for quality. $2.50 a page for the first set. $1.50 a page each set after. Multiple pages had smudges, and sets were stapled incorrectly. As in they put both properties in one set. read more

This printing company claims to be professional, friendly and offering reliable services with the fastest turn around times. I beg to differ. On 6/1/21, I received the worst treatment and customer service. I had done business with Sky Blueprint before and I was not impressed by their service. There are a bunch of Hispanic men with big egos that could not offer a solution to a problem they caused. I'm an Art Center alumni. Beware Art Center students, go somewhere else like Gorilla Printing or Print X-Press & Copy Center. This company is not reseller friendly either. Anyways, I emailed them a file to be printed on Thursday, May 27. They did not respond. So Friday I called them to see if they received my file and if they can print by Friday or Saturday. They said they would be closed Saturday and Monday. He told me that Tuesday, they would be able to print the file by noon. I arrived to their establishment around 2 o'clock and nobody was working in the front of store and none of the printers were being used. The employee comes from the back and I asked about my print job. He said they won't be able to print the file today because they have a lot of print jobs to do. I asked when can you print it. He said maybe tomorrow around noon time. I was really upset because I needed it by the morning at the latest for a graduation on 6/2/21. He kept giving me false turn arounds. He basically told me I can go else where. I asked, "Is this how you treat your customers with the worst service and no respect?" I told him if I can talk to his manager or Ivan. He said you can call Ivan and went to the back of office to hide. I sat down on sofa chair and looked for their website on my cell phone for Ivan's number. I could not find his cell number. A customer comes in and waits patiently for service. I guess the employee thought I left. Then I see Ivan in the back because I have talked to him before for quotes and questions on print jobs. I pointed at him and said, "You are Ivan and you have the worst customer service and I am going to write a bad review". He basically said he did not care. So here I am, writing a bad review. This is what happens when an owner like Ivan, does not train his staff to be professional, friendly, respectful and trustworthy. I guess his employees were following his so called leadership. Good thing I was able to find a printer who was able to print my file right away for my client's graduation. I will no longer use Sky Blueprint printing services because I won't tolerate bad and rude service. read more

There service is great and their prices are unbeatable; as well as being nice people! Recently, I had to get a new food truck wrapped and they stepped in!! The prices here are really reasonable and the quality is really good too. If you're not satisfied with a job they did they will work to help make it better or fix whatever you didn't like. They have a lot of information and options available to help make sure you get whatever project you have for them exactly how you want it, within a reasonable price too. I've just used Sky Blueprint for the first time this week, and I'm so glad I did. I wanted to get a large (roughly 30 x 40 inches) black and white PDF printed, and I called for a quote. It was 90% less than Staples (only about $3 instead of $30!), and was done super quick. Staples had told me that it would take a day to print, but Sky Blueprint had it done in an hour. The print needed to be an exact size, otherwise it would be useless to me. Sky Blueprint made sure that it printed exactly to my specifications. Based on the price, time, and quality, I would highly recommend these guys. So excited that large prints are this affordable, I will definitely be going back! read more

Art Center grad here, I've been coming to Sky Blue for years to get my work printed and every time has been great. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff, a quick turnaround time, high quality printing and a student discount. I'm very picky about print quality, but Sky Blue makes sure I'm happy every time. Protip: If you're going to get large artwork printed here, ask for a small "test print" to make sure your colors look right, they've always given me a free test before any large print job. read more

Prices for printing is great and usually half that of Fed Ex. Service is also quick and usually I am in and out within 15 to 20 minutes. Very inexpensive large scale black and white prints, perfects for layouts of plans and drawings and probably also excellent for the seamstress at home. However, the one thing I dislike about this place is that they usually abuse my flash drives. They do not eject them after they finish printing your work, instead, just yanking them out of their computer. It is a hassle worrying about the contents of your flash drive if you have to repair it every week. Nevertheless, their service is very good and I give them 4* read more

Well, I visit this establishment about 2 weeks ago, that act very professional. I needed some legal documents scan onto a disc. They said we can do it and I can pick it on in a few days. So I did, I arrived home and put disc in computer and all the documents were not all on disc and they were out of order. I called Giovanni and told him that a few documents were missing (mind you the charge you for each document after they count them with the automatic count machine) he said oh, I made a mistake there were less document. I said OK it was like he was brushing me off. So I hung up the phone and counted my documents manually and yes there were a few missing. So I called back and the owner Ivan said, he has is really busy. I was like I need my documents that i just paid for. Giovanni got back on the phone and said I will email you the icon. That took about 4 hours for him to email me. Once I received the email it was only one document. I get copies of large survey or designer drawings done here. They are efficient and priced reasonably, but their customer service needs some feminist consciousness raising. I was in the shop alone with a job of several parts underway. Then other people started coming in and my job was put on intermittent hold while their jobs were started. I was wondering if there was some kind of system going on, but, on reflection, I think the only thing going on was some unfair bias in customer treatment. I was a woman and all the other jobs were for men or, in one case, a man and a woman. I spent an hour there and I believe two men who came in after me left with their completed jobs before I did. Really pleased with the mounted poster I had printed here. They staff was very accommodating and had my 36x48 poster printed and mounted in under two hours!
