Ms. Debbie is a good citizen, a fine person, hard worker. She is patient and kind, and has served the community for a long time. Debbie patiently took care of my aging mom's many needs for countless forms and recital programs, always treated her with dignity . Now she puts up with me . I still don't have a printer, but Ms. Dragon takes care of me. She does not charge enough for her services. Reopened ASAP after the fire, when she was really needed and helpful. read more

I can't speak highly enough about the work that Debbie does single-handedly at her Altadena print shop. No project is too small or too large for her to undertake and carry to fruition. I have gone to her for so many challenges: business cards, art prints, art cards, and a book on art. She is skilled at design wordprocessing editing, and all of the practical needs of a print shop. Furthermore, she cares deeply for the people she serves and we, her clients, are a tremendously diverse and challenging group. read more

They are not closed they are very much open for business as they have been for almost 35 years. The fire claimed many but not to them! Debbie will take good care of you and their prices are about half of that of FedEx Copy! read more

Ms. Debbie is the absolute best. She's been doing this forever so maybe she has some insight you didn't know you needed and if you don't like someones "tone" or "attitude", maybe that has something more to do with you! She's always happy to help from work to weddings and everything in between. She's even called me to inform me of typos and mistakes before printing and you can bet FedEx doesn't do that. Also the prices are out of this world reasonable. TRUST IN THE PROFESSIONAL! GO TO MS. DRAGON! read more

She got a 250 sheet copy order done in 5 minutes. Price was $14. Debbie is a pleasant business owner.

My cat went missing so I needed color fliers printed. Having worked at Kinko's for 11 years, I assumed 50 full color fliers would be at least $50. It wasn't! 50, on really high quality laser paper, was $23. I called her, got the price, emailed a PDF, and they were ready when I arrived shortly after. Thank you Debbie! -- Considering 6000 people lost homes in the Altadena fires, and most stuff on the street of her business burned down, she could use support! read more

Debbie was great on the phone and in person. I was able to get my adu plans printed from email very easily. Sent in the morning by mid day it was ready. So affordable the fraction of the cost at the bigger shops. Happy to have local business still stand in Altadena post Eaton fire. Shop small! read more

Great quality and fast and friendly service with reasonable prices. Highly recommend to frequent this small business.

Ms Dragon Print & Copy is the best! Debbie got all of my booklets printed quickly and beautifully, and walked me through the entire process with so much patience. I printed materials for my senior thesis project, and I honestly couldn't have done it without their help. Highly recommend! read more

Great service at this neighborhood spot. Debbie always does an excellent job, and will even leave your print job in a secret hiding spot if you need to pick up after hours. A+ read more

Wonderful copy and print shop. Been around for decades. Wonderful small business. She is fast and efficient.

After about a year doing countless jobs with her, I decided to stop using Debbie's services. Her cognitive difficulties made working with her increasingly hard and eventually impossible. My last job was botched when it was too late to do anything about it and she refused to refund although I returned all the incorrect materials. Disappointing. read more

Had such a positive experience at Ms. Dragon Print. Extremely helpful, friendly and very conscientious! I have no reservations about recommending this wonderful local business! read more

Both interactions with Debbie revealed a kind and generous person who is also very good at their work. She printed an emergency document for me on the spot from an email that I had on my phone and very carefully and precisely cut the pages of a book from its binding which was falling apart so that I could put it in a 3-ring binder, also on the spot. Full of helpful advice without any extraneous upselling and with a smile. So thankful to have her here in the neighborhood, she is my go to for all printing needs from now on. read more

Debbie is an Altadena gem. Responsive and her work is always top quality. I so appreciate her.

We chose to support a small, local business for our restaurant's printing needs, and Debbie has been wonderful, prompt, with a great attention to detail. Her pricing is better than most and the quality of the prints are perfect. We highly recommend her business. A+++ read more

I see what some of the other reviews mean with customer service, but I got my 30 prints made, packed up and money collected in less than 2 minutes... a little grumpiness was worth the fast service and short distance ‍ read more

I needed copies of sensitive documents for my impending immigration interview (I'm now a citizen). I was a little hesitant to try Ms Dragon because of the bad reviews but Debbie was more than helpful. I emailed her pdf's, over 30, which she printed out for me. She even stapled certain documents together, for which I was more than grateful. While some might say she was grumpy, I found her to be charming. Thank you Ms Dragon. I will be coming back. :) read more

Lovely place. The service is the best. I had everything you need printing wise, with a very genuine feel to it. The person helping makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Organically. read more

I went to this shop last Saturday to see about creating invitations. The owner waited for me, which I thought to be great sign. I delivered a design which both my wife and I liked. The following Saturday we visited the shop and told we could easily make these invitations by ourselves. Talk about losing a customer and a lost valuable week of planning. We went down the hill to Vromans, who created our invitations without any fuss, muss or attitude. read more

Nice privately-owned local business. Quick turnaround, good quality, and extremely reasonable prices.

I'm stunned by the lovely reviews. Not sure if it's the same woman, but she was cold and unpleasant to work with. It was clear she didn't want me there. I must include that I'm Black and my experiences can be vastly different at businesses because of that. But there it is. read more

Ms. Dragon is awesome. I needed some very quick coupons and a banner for my business at an event. She worked very hard to implement my look into these products and delivered it in time! Thank you Ms. Dragon! Love, Jabberwocky Foods Inc. read more

Debby is such a great helper! She is very kind, and a classic professional business woman. This place has been 30 years old! Everyone gets a anniversary pen for that. Very very reasonable price. I came in with some beaten up mass book and Debbie immediately recognized it and mentioned my friend by name who had brought in the work to be done 10 years earlier. It was rather touching as my friend had just recently passed. So with little ado she managed to copy and reprint with a nice new cover, and was pretty quick at that. I am already putting in another request. read more

I just had the most wonderful experience at this shop! The lady who owns it made up the most beautiful flyer for my lost cat. She did the type setting and imported my photo. I'm not the least bit technologically inclined, if I had tried to make this flyer myself it would have been a disaster. She charged an exceptionally great (low) price for her work and was so friendly and personable. I highly recommend her for anyone's copy needs! read more

Ms. Dragon is terrific! I had a fairly minor need - a fax to be sent - but the fax number was wrong. She said she'd hold onto the fax and wait for me to call her back with the right number and then send it without me having to come in again. She called me to follow-up, and then sent the fax right away when I had the right number. It's the little things in life that make all the difference! read more

I've been here twice so far for small print jobs that my home office printer can't handle. Fast and efficient, no fuss. In my opninion this is a WAY better option than driving down into Pasadena to FedEx/Kinkos/UPS. I'm in and out of here in the same time it would take me to drive down Lake! read more

So today I went here to make a copy of some paperwork I had just filled out normally I go to Webster's to make my copies but because their copy machine was not in service they recommended that I go here to make copies. So since this business was across the street from Webster's I was like ok no problem. As I walked in the lady I suppose is the owner came from her office and with such a major attitude asked what I needed I told her and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop so she told me how much it would be and I paid and as I was leaving another customer came in and to my surprise she was all so very friendly with this other customer and was laughing and carrying on boy was I surprised by the turn of events of how incredibly nice she was to this customer but me not so much best believe I won't be going back I'll continue to make my copies at Webster's I won't even refer friends and family to come to this place. This place just lost a valuable customer. To the owner treat all customers the same and not pick and choose who you want to be nice to. read more
