I still don't have a printer, but Ms. Dragon takes care of me. She does not charge enough for her services. Reopened ASAP after the fire, when she was really needed and helpful. read more

I went to this shop last Saturday to see about creating invitations. The owner waited for me, which I thought to be great sign. I delivered a design which both my wife and I liked. The following Saturday we visited the shop and told we could easily make these invitations by ourselves. Talk about losing a customer and a lost valuable week of planning. I'm not the least bit technologically inclined, if I had tried to make this flyer myself it would have been a disaster. So today I went here to make a copy of some paperwork I had just filled out normally I go to Webster's to make my copies but because their copy machine was not in service they recommended that I go here to make copies. So since this business was across the street from Webster's I was like ok no problem. As I walked in the lady I suppose is the owner came from her office and with such a major attitude asked what I needed I told her and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop so she told me how much it would be and I paid and as I was leaving another customer came in and to my surprise she was all so very friendly with this other customer and was laughing and carrying on boy was I surprised by the turn of events of how incredibly nice she was to this customer but me not so much best believe I won't be going back I'll continue to make my copies at Webster's I won't even refer friends and family to come to this place. This place just lost a valuable customer. To the owner treat all customers the same and not pick and choose who you want to be nice to. read more
