Superb service. Dropped off paper to be shredded. It was put into a locked bin by itself. They explained that a shredder truck comes several times a week and it would go from the bin to the shredder - on the spot. The price was very reasonable - I have a good shredder but it would have taken hours to feed in my stuff at home and I know from experience the motor would overheat and go into shutdown mode for almost an hour, probably several times with the amount of stuff I had to shred. Mail Box Planet was an easy, inexpensive answer vs. wasting a lot of my time. read more

This place is the best! I've had a Mailbox here since 2020 and the owners, Allen and Armand, are so nice and welcoming. They genuinely care about their customers and are always there to help. If you get a package, they text you immediately. Any questions, they got you covered. Also, you can drop off packages for FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL there. They also offer notary services. Access to the mailboxes are 24/7. There's some parking in the back, but it's also pretty easy to park on that section of Lake, so jumping out quickly to grab your mail is never a problem. Their yearly rates are also very reasonable. It's a great business, owned by great people. read more

I needed a notary walking distance from work to take care of a quick notary. I gave them a call to make sure I could get my notary at that time and I was treated kindly from the beginning. I showed up shortly after and I was greeted and assisted right after arriving. This is a wonderful place in the South Lake area. While I was there, regular customers walked through to their post office boxes and exchanged cordial exchanges with the owner. This is definitely a sign of a good business. I will return for any shipping or notary needs in the future. read more

I can't believe I've had a mailbox here for 16 years and this is my first review. I have been a customer for that long because of Allen's and his staff's superb customer service. They take great care in making sure your needs are met and your mail/packages are protected. They call when a package is delivered so you can quickly and easily pick it up. I decided on using this service versus a US Post Office box because I wanted someone to sign for packages as well. I'm glad I came here rather than a UPS or other big-name site because of the personalized customer service I get from them, especially during these difficult times dealing with the COVID crisis. Thanks for all you do, Allen! read more

I had rented a PO box for several years at this location. Service has always been excellent. Prices are very reasonable. I always received a call when packages arrived and always felt my mail and packages were safe at this location. I highly recommend Mail Box Planet! read more

Alan and Armand are great. I've rented from Mail Box Planet for 3 years now and it has been well worth it. We receive both personal and business packages (I freelance so my office is at home). It is a safe and convenient way to receive mail since I don't have to be home to sign for any deliveries and it is much more secure than an apartment complex mailroom or worse, front doorstep. It is also a great location for UPS, USPS, and FedEx drop off. read more
