Went in for Live Scan, quick and easy, under 15 minutes. The owners are friendly and professional. They made sure my prints scanned clean and clear before submitting to DOJ. They followed up with me the next day to let me know that it was successful. Support local small businesses! read more

I stopped by this spot to get a live scan done for a new job, and the staff were super nice and got me in and out within just 15 minutes. It was a quick, straightforward visit that turned out to be completely efficient and stress-free. The excellent and fast service made it a great experience, and I would absolutely come back here if I ever need fingerprinting services again in the future! read more

Very helpful and friendly staff. I go whenever I need something notarized and it's fast and easy.

Monica and Mark are amazing and super helpful. They have many postal services and excellent customer service.

I went to Nomad Post to have my Live Scan done because the place I had normally gone to in the past was closed for the day. I was immediately impressed by the ambiance of the place. They had some lovely jazz playing, and it was very clean. Mark was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Not to mention, they are the most reasonably priced in the area. I was a walk-in and was in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer the next time I need notary or Live Scan services! read more

Have used this place for mail and notary services. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will use them in the future again.

Highly recommend!! I have rented various PO Boxes in the Pasadena and Sierra Madre Area over the last three decades (including at the Post Office and at the UPS Store), but nothing even comes close to what Mark and Monica have done with Nomad Post after they bought it from the previous owner. The transformation has been breathtaking. As survivors of the Eaton Fire, we lost our Altadena house and had to move from distant temporary location to temporary location until we relocated out of state into temporary post-fire housing in Hawaiʻi. We were terrified of losing important official mail/correspondence in the chaos of all the moves. There was no way that a US Postal Service mailbox could have kept up with our needs. I am SO glad we happened to have a rented PO Box with Mark and Monica at Nomad Post! For instance, now that we live in Hawaiʻi, we are true "nomads" and we can no longer physically pick up our PO Box mail in California. Mark and Monica kindly collect up our California mail for us and ship it to us in Hawaiʻi without charging an extra fee for their own time/labor. They weigh each packet of mail when itʻs ready to send to us, quote the current prices of available shipping options (US Postal Service vs FedEx), and we choose whichever is cheaper that week. Surprisingly, in recent months, FedEx has become cheaper than the US Postal Service for sending our mail packets to Hawaiʻi. Also, sometimes online retailers refuse to ship to Hawai ʻi. We live on an island. Not being able to order things online would make life a lot more difficult. Again, Mark and Monica happily receive on our behalf at Nomad Post, and then work with us to figure the best way to get each item to us in Hawaiʻi. So easy, and we still come out way ahead on cost. Fortunately, because Nomad Post is a complete one stop service center, Mark and Monica can easily implement any shipment method/arrangement we choose. They are both fast AND affordable, which makes working with them worth every penny. We are so grateful that one crucial thing that we have not had to worry about in the post-wildfire moves and chaos has been losing our lifeline of very important mail and online retailer shipment receiving capacity. By the way, since taking over as the new owners a while back, Mark and Monica overhauled/renovated the shop and have turned it into a bright, clean, cheerful, accessible, well organized miracle. They instinctively think about what would be best for us as the customers, and offer more service than I ever imagined possible. If you have a small business or need a personal PO Box mailing address or any number of services for any reason, Mark and Monica (aka Nomad Post) are definitely who you want in your corner as part of your team! read more

This place turned a troublesome task (Live Scan) into a delightful experience! I walked in without an appointment and was out in less than 30 minutes--much more efficient than anywhere I've been before. Nomad Post has thought of everything down to the considerate details of providing hand sanitizer and lotion. Could not recommend more enthusiastically. read more

We used Nomad Post for their notary service. We had a tight window to get many documents notarized. I called ahead to find out if they would be able to accommodate us and they could. The owner was very personable and helpful. Due to the number of documents (over 10), it took longer than expected and we were there past their regular closing time. Price was competitive with other services I looked into so standard on terms of value. The customer service was excellent and friendly. read more

Fabulous, friendly and professional people at this location. Ahmed went above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you for the great service. read more

Ehmed was wonderful very friendly and helpful he opened during his lunch to help me out. This is also the first time I've had live scan done where there wasn't a 3 hour line. He offers all sorts of services, PO Box, phone, notary, live scan. Really nice very helpful even offers complimentary water. Helpful hints he accepts cards but cash is preferred and there is a parking lot a little ways down the block. read more

Wow. This place is fantastic. The people working here were ridiculously helpful and friendly. WAY better service and overall experience than you could expect from a place like FedEx or UPS Store. Plus the pricing was actually lower than I'd have gotten elsewhere. I was blown away and would totally recommend this to a friend. read more

We lost our home in the Eaton fire and did not want to wait in line for an hour just to get mail at the Pasadena post office. The Nomad staff will text us whenever a new package arrives! Polite and personalized service - at a great monthly rate. Thank you Nomad Post! read more

I saw the reviews and that this was close to my school, so I decided I would go in to get an affidavit notarized. Wow, they are so friendly and aren't terribly busy. They seem to really know their regulars as well. The pricing is pretty good. Most notaries are $15 and if they are mobile they also charge a fee for coming to you. I talked to them I think via yelp and they quoted a good price. I was treated with respect when I went there. I really recommend you go there if you need notary services. Edit: I want to emphasize that they were quick while being friendly. That's sometimes a rarity. read more

What wonderful service!!! Definitely the kindest and most friendly live scan experience I've had to date. Ehmed seems to be a big party of the community, he greeted all the patrons who walked in by name and treated everyone like a neighbor. He does it all- live scan, notary, Uhal and mail services. Not only was he super thorough but he was also really sweet. This place is very much a local gem, I'll be sure to return! read more

The new owner has been here for almost 2 years now and I'm glad to report he's really increased the overall quality of this business with his friendly nature and very professional handing of the multitude of services that extends beyond packing/shipping/receiving that he offers at this location. He has not lost anyone's package since he's taken over and is very meticulous in terms of tracking all incoming mail and items, and clearly takes pride in his work and strives to go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied. If you're considering a private mailbox for any reason and live nearby I'd highly suggest stopping in as everyone who frequents this establishment is not only satisfied but very thankful for this local business. read more
