When I picked up the hoodie, the print was not centered, it's crooked, much smaller than expected, and the color is completely wrong. The quality looks very low. Was quoted $50 for one 18x24 print ON MY OWN PAPER and $20 for each additional copy. Only explanation was how high their DPI is and that the cost reflected a set up fee. I'm providing the image and the paper - how much set up could there be? Believe the other reviews that say they are too expensive unless you are printing something of such value that it justifies the exorbitant cost. read more

Last week the two workers there were nice. They printed out a few docs I had emailed. I think it was 13 cents per copy. Maybe 15 cents. This week, it was two different people. I walked in, and it took some time before I was acknowledged by one of the workers. He came up, not a friendly vibe. I told him I had emailed some docs to be copied. Without any further words or questions (other than "black and white?"), he motioned to the other worker, who printed my docs. They missed the instructions in the email, so I told him the amount I actually wanted. They printed the rest, and then he charged me $.25 per flimsy copy. I was shocked at the price, and when I told him that they had only charged me about $.15 a week ago, he just coldly declared that they must have made a mistake. I said .$25 per black and white copy is a lot of money. He: "Prices have gone up." Me: "In just a week?!" He: (silence; poker face). I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

This place has just about the worst customer service and integrity you could imagine! We spent 6 months back and forth to print a sign for our HOA building. They initially agreed to do the work. They were impossible to get a hold of during the project and finally we had to go into the store to find out why there was such a delay. Tom, one of the workers, who is actually very nice by phone and in person, assured us after 6 months that they would start the job. In fact he said he would drive by our building that night and get back to us about it by the morning. What happened? After agreeing to pick up the job again, we heard nothing but radio silence once again. After multiple phone calls, multiple emails and innumerable assurances that they would get back to us, nothing happened!!! It was so frustrating!!! We are now moving to a new company. Plenty of printing businesses close by, so don't waste your time here!! They excel at wasting your time. read more

Needed my dad's memoirs put in a book form within a a couple weeks before traveling (right before Covid shutdowns) and had looked everywhere in Pasadena. Thomas the owner was there when I first arrived and understood what I was wanting. He came through for me with a professional quality outcome. It was costly but thinking of everything I went through and getting what I wanted it probably was a fair price at the time. He also kept one of the books safe for me as I could not pick it up during the peak months of Covid. I gave this man $500 cash for 500 business cards. He says same day business cards however it took 8 weeks. Thomas the owner was beyond rude and horrible to me. When I drove 45 minutes to get the cards they were so cheaply made and my logo wasn't even centered. I have owned 5 hair salons and each salon I had the best experience with a company that unfortunately closed. I chose a new company and unfortunately it was Printing and Copy store. Thomas then told me that so many people pay $1,500 for cards as to make it seem like my money was nothing. During Covid and during a time when people are struggling I cannot believe how petty and horrible this person treated me. He then added an extra $55 to my bill saying he had to charge for art work, even though I literally designed the entire thing myself. If I could give a negative star I would. Please do not give this man business he is nasty and rude and seems to only care if you have loads of money to give him. It's evidently apparent he has no concept of what it means to make sure the customer is correct. read more

They took my money up front, gave me the wrong business card stock TWICE, and tried to bait and switch me. When they messed up, I even gave them a hard copy of the card stock we originally agreed on and they still screwed up. A good handful of the cards were printed crooked. The lettering and graphics were also faded and chipped. Feels like they just rushed everything. And when I asked for a refund to get the cards done elsewhere, THEY REFUSED. Ridiculous considering there are five other printing shops within a three block radius. What's the point of offering a product/service that you know you can't deliver? I'm usually forgiving of a business that does its best to rectify its mistakes, but this is the first place I've ever had to initiate legal action against to get my money back. Do not go here. I came here to get some prints of a bottle label. I knew exactly what kind of paper I wanted, but was also hoping and looking for suggestions on what would be best for me. The woman at the counter told me that I could get the paper laminated to make it more bottle label like. I agreed and placed my order around 10:30/11 am. I asked if it would be done before five, and her reply suggested that it would definitely be ready before five. Come four thirty, I have not heard from them, so I call, (and am on hold for about 10 min...), and I'm told that the order is ready, but not available for pick up because their driver hasn't come back from their warehouse. No problem, that's nothing to really cry about. My order was supposed to be for three sheets of a linen type paper. What I picked up were five different sheets on labels. I was confused and looked on the invoice and everything seemed right there. The man at the counter was also confused and said that my order was messed up and I was charged for paper not labels. Here's what bothers me: he didn't bother to offer to correct the difference if there was one. This is not the kind of mom and pop shop I want to support if they're not going to be honest. Looking back, I should have said something, but I didn't. My fault. Will not return here for that reason. Sorry. read more

This place charged me $10 dollars for a 4 page (11x17) black and white pages saddle stitched into a booklet. I later went to Office Depot, they printed it and saddle stitched it and only charged me $1.25. Also they used better paper. This print and copy shop is ripping off people! Also the people there seemed a bit sexist. Im a woman and all the personel are men. Now normally thats just whatever but the way they treated me was with disdain and a cold shoulder. This store is a terrible choice for your copy and printing needs. My immediate impression of the store was uneasy because the staff was dressed in work out attire and was hesitant to provide me with any sort of certainty as to their abilities. The staff member who had helped me turned out to be the general manager. After discussing the business cards my colleagues and I needed he gave a half-baked guarantee that he could make them. The general manager requested that we pay up front since the paper we wanted was a special order. He had told us that the cards would be finished in two weeks. Granted, nothing is ever on time any longer, I knew that it would potentially be more than two weeks to receive my product. After more than 3 weeks had elapsed i was still cardless. The store not only employs an incompetent general manager, but a staff to match. One of the employees had told me that the cards were ready, and upon arrival i was given another excuse as to why they were still unfinished. We had dropped over $700 for 500 business cards and received 0. This place is full of incompetence, false promises, and vile staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICE -Rude staff -Incompetent staff -Over priced -Does not fulfill order -Poor business practice. read more

Very Unprofessional and Expensive!!! I tried getting a quote. After being on hold for 4 minutes and almost hanging up, a guy answered. I told him what I needed: 200 flyers? -$125 bucks!! Thats $1.60 each! The average is $ 0.30 each. Before I can get a word in, after the quote, he said "Thank you" and hung up. Why would you hang up on a potential client? As soon as I walked in Tomas Davis made me feel so comfortable and took the time to show me all of my options and different ways I can go with what I was thinking about doing. He has hundreds of samples and work he has done, so if you are indecisive like me, Thomas will make life real easy!! Once I had everything confirmed for printing, Thomas had my cards made in no time (literally a day. I was extremely happy with the quality of cards. His timing, price, and quality of service is unquestionable. It really felt like a family member was doing my cards. WARNING- do not use this printer if there is any urgency or need for accuracy on your project!! I trusted them with a table seating chart for a WEDDING .. terrible mistake! It was a very simple task..Gave them my project on my flash drive and all they had to do was print it, black and white, with the specific dimensions I gave them. The guy assured me it could be done with no problem! I dropped it on Tuesday and they also assured they would have it done by Thursday by noon and possibly even Wednesday. (Thursday by noon is when I needed it by and what was written on my receipt) Thursday came around it I was running a little late and on my way at 2pm to go pick it up when I received a call that they were about to start my project but the file became corrupt when they tried sending it ... They waited until after the time I needed it to even start on it!! I got there and have them the file again and had to wait for them to do it. I got home late Thursday night, packing my stuff to leave for the wedding Friday morning and went to double check the sign fit into my frame when I discovered that THEY DIDNT EVEN PRINT IT TO THE DIMENSIONS I PROVIDED...it wasn't even close!!! I called Friday morning and they were completely unapologetic .. and told me to drive back and they'd do it correctly (I was 45 min away and had so much to do already) I drive and pick it up and it was STILL incorrect.. I asked for a refund and they said no I had to talk to the manager.. I asked to speak with the manager and they said he was too busy.. I am in complete AWE of the lack of customer service and care they have for the work they put out! It's complete trash!! I wouldn't count on them staying in business for long if this is how they handle themselves .. beware and go somewhere else!! read more
