I came to this store to print out a 30-page work document, which was priced at 10 cents a page. I was directed to a computer in order to pull up the file and send to the printer. It wasn't until after the document was printed that I was told that I had to pay an extra $3 for "computer usage". To be frank, there is a sign on the computer that specifies "$3 for 3 minutes of computer usage. $20 for 1 hour of computer usage." It was my mistake to assume that this would not apply to a simple print job, especially since I was at the computer for less than a minute (the document was stored on my thumb drive). I would have been a little more understanding of the charge if I had to access my email, or if I had to make a last minute edit to the document, but this was not the case. Overall, I got what I needed, though at a higher-than-expected cost. For comparison, Fedex Office, located on Westwood Blvd. charges 15 cents a page without the "computer usage" charge. How does this all add up? If you print fewer than 60 pages, Fedex will end up being a better deal. However, if you need to print more than 60 pages, Master Copy & Printing will actually end up giving you the better price, despite the "computer usage" fee. read more

I came in the store no greeting. I said I'm ready. Lady sits from behind her desk, not looking at me "Yes?". I say i need to print out one paper. She said ok use the computer. I go on the computer print my 1 sheet. She walks over says its 3.00. I ask why she says when you use the computer its 3.00 for 2 hours. I said ma'am I sat at that computer for less than 5 mins. I said I have ten cents for the printed paper. She says no no and waves me off tells another man to come out and he says SO READ THE SIGN. I said sir the lady told me to use the computer I told her What I needed when I walked in. He then laughs and says I'll take a dollar off pay me $2 so he wanted me to pay $2 for one sheet of paper I will never go back to this place they were rude and service was horrible. read more

Walked in today and asked how much they charge for 8.5 x 11 standard colored copies. He asked me how many, I told him 2. He said $10 for 2. I was in shock. What a rip off. I walked right out in utter shock that this guy looked me in my eyes and told me he wants to charge me $10 for two 8.5 x 11 prints right out of his printer that I normally pay 39 cents for at my local print shop in Westwood.
