I came to this store to print out a 30-page work document, which was priced at 10 cents a page. I was directed to a computer in order to pull up the file and send to the printer. It wasn't until after the document was printed that I was told that I had to pay an extra $3 for "computer usage". To be frank, there is a sign on the computer that specifies "$3 for 3 minutes of computer usage. $20 for 1 hour of computer usage." It was my mistake to assume that this would not apply to a simple print job, especially since I was at the computer for less than a minute (the document was stored on my thumb drive). I would have been a little more understanding of the charge if I had to access my email, or if I had to make a last minute edit to the document, but this was not the case. Overall, I got what I needed, though at a higher-than-expected cost. For comparison, Fedex Office, located on Westwood Blvd. charges 15 cents a page without the "computer usage" charge. How does this all add up? If you print fewer than 60 pages, Fedex will end up being a better deal. However, if you need to print more than 60 pages, Master Copy & Printing will actually end up giving you the better price, despite the "computer usage" fee. read more

I came in the store no greeting. I said I'm ready. Lady sits from behind her desk, not looking at me "Yes?". I say i need to print out one paper. She said ok use the computer. I go on the computer print my 1 sheet. She walks over says its 3.00. I ask why she says when you use the computer its 3.00 for 2 hours. I said ma'am I sat at that computer for less than 5 mins. I said I have ten cents for the printed paper. She says no no and waves me off tells another man to come out and he says SO READ THE SIGN. I said sir the lady told me to use the computer I told her What I needed when I walked in. He then laughs and says I'll take a dollar off pay me $2 so he wanted me to pay $2 for one sheet of paper I will never go back to this place they were rude and service was horrible. read more

Walked in today and asked how much they charge for 8.5 x 11 standard colored copies. He asked me how many, I told him 2. He said $10 for 2. I was in shock. What a rip off. I walked right out in utter shock that this guy looked me in my eyes and told me he wants to charge me $10 for two 8.5 x 11 prints right out of his printer that I normally pay 39 cents for at my local print shop in Westwood. Buyer beware! They will wear you down and try to get every last $$ from you. Will never give these people my business again. I came in 45 minutes before closing time I asked about the print job I wanted to do. The woman (owner?) convinced me that there was enough time to do it and that she wouldn't leave before they finished it. I told her that I would need to download my files from the internet and I could possibly do that the day after and I didn't want to rush things. She said no problem to come to the back and their operator would help me with the files and that I should do the job that day. Before I went to the back she gave me the quote for the job, which seemed a little steep but I was only doing a small run so I thought that would be fine. Half way through downloading my files the woman LEFT (the owner) and another guy (owner as well) stepped in. Eventually the files printed fine and to their credit the graphic designer who helped me pull down the files was really sweet and helpful. However when I went to pay they guy started arguing with me and wanted to charge me an extra $40 for having the graphic designer pull the files off the internet (not change anything!!!). We eventually settled on $20 (no big deal) but seriously this was $20 I REALLY did not feel I needed to pay. He was so nasty and pushy, I just paid it so I could get the hell out of there and have him stop bullying me. As soon as he got my money he all of a sudden became really nice and went into slimy sales pitch mode with me. Telling me that their quality was the best their prices were the best etc etc. I couldn't believe it! Anyway I DID have a big print job that I needed to do after this one but I knew there was NO WAY that I would take it back to these printers. read more
