Worst experience possible. Guys respond very slowly to e-mail, once per two-three days. When ordering through the website, the work stages changes very slowly. I placed my order on July 16 but received the business cards only 17 days later. But I would not write this review if everything were fine with the quality. They printed business cards, not on the blank center! The text and design were shifted almost 4mm to the right and bottom. They just stop answering my emails after I request them to correct this mistake. Not recommend working with them. read more

Legit Print did an amazing job printing some business cards for me. Their high quality card stock and smudge-free coating did wonders to enhance a design that I worked on so carefully. Everyone I've shown them to immediately asks "Who's the printer?" Hopefully that will result in more business for you guys. You produced a very classy, professional looking card at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks so much for the wonderful work. Justin was incredibly helpful and customer-service oriented. Made all the difference. Thanks guys!! read more

Legit Print, is just that... Legit. They do complex multi layered business cards, always on time. And most of all Justin is a bend-over-backwards master of customer relations. I truly can NOT recommend them more. You will truly do yourself a disservice if you go to officemax, or vistaprint, use a craftsman instead for your business printing needs. It really makes your first impression, and if you can't spend a couple of extra bucks on a good logo, and a good business card, then one's vision of your attention to detail will forever be tarnished. Just call them, they will work with you, and they will prevent you from looking like a sloppy businessman. read more

In response to the reply from Legit Print, you did not reply at all to me, and sent an email only well after I posted this in frustration. I already had sourced a new company to do the work. When Justin called me, and only because I reached out to "customer service" to complain, there were explanations of a "new phone system" and he was hugely apologetic. We re-engaged and I sent him artwork to quote with. That's when response to my emails stopped until it was way too Kate to get the job done. Rearrange that however convenient to you. I wrote this review because your company was non-responsive. As a business owner reading this review I would appreciate knowing that, and if I wasn't being replied to I would likely make a decision to move on a lot earlier. I used vistaprint who did a nice job, albeit way less fancy than I had in mind, but did it on time and on budget. read more

To all looking for custom cards. I advise to find a different service provider. Make sure you know what you want before coming to these people. They are impossible to reach outside of email and do not offer much support to those who do not fully understand technically the features they would like. I would imagine on large orders they would send a test print, but to no surprise, they do not. They also do not hold responsibility for their lack of communication, which has proven to be quite expensive. If you'd like a basic card, I'm sure your relationship will be smooth. But anything outside of the ordinary, think twice! read more

Yeah when you hand your business card to a client and they do a double-take? That's when you know you worked with the right team. I definitely can say as a creative I've won business because our business cards are a statement of the quality work we do. The price at Legit isn't the cheapest, but that's because their stuff is awesome. Designers are super helpful and make tweaks that make your cards stand out. read more

spent more time trying to prove me (the customer) wrong than actually being helpful, then offered backhanded apologies when called out on it. offset printing is a cheap and widespread service. give your money to people who have an interest in long term relationships with you as the customer. not brokers who barely read the first email. read more

Legit has always exceeded my printing expectations and needs. My clients are always more than exceedingly happy with the result of their business cards, invitations, etc, whenever I come here. Before finding Legit, I have had the worst experiences with print shops that were either lacking in quality or demanded an outrageous amount of money, which is why I now only use Legit. It's mainly the quality of materials (paper) and output that keeps me coming back. read more

Great personal service. Had my entire staff's business cards done in their Silk Print, and they came out beautifully. The name couldn't be any more on point. From their easy to use site, to their customer service, this company is definitely some great new blood. Highly recommended. read more

Legit is legit. I had some business cards printed with them awhile back and they came out beautifully. I think what sets this printer apart from others is that one of the co-founders, Kevin, is a designer himself, so he understands the design process and the results we're looking for. He took his time going over the various printing processes and paper stocks with me and he even made some great suggestions regarding a particular print process that made my design even better. read more

I needed something special since I'm graduating next week from Art Center. I got a recommendation for them from multiple graphic designers. In my opinion, their customer service is awesome but their production sucks. Not sure if it's because the cards I wanted was beyond their capabilities or just bad luck, but I ordered silk cards with UV spotting and embossing. $200 for 500 business cards. Expensive. Thought it was worth it but the first batch came with awful ridges on the bottom of the entire set (looked like they used a ridged blade or something for the cutting). They offered to reprint right away and I received another set about 8 days later. The second batch had the same ridges but not as bad. But the embossing was awful on over 50% of them and only about 5% of the cards has good enough alignment for me to actually use. Not only do I not have time to try another reprint, I'm pretty much sick of it. Should've just kept the first set, but they asked for them back so I'm screwed either way. I know they don't do production on site and have to send out for the special stuff like embossing, maybe they should find another source. In my opinion, if you want something nice and simple, try them. If you want anything special or a little more complicated, don't bother wasting your money. Two stars just for the stellar customer service. read more
