Worst experience possible. Guys respond very slowly to e-mail, once per two-three days. When ordering through the website, the work stages changes very slowly. I placed my order on July 16 but received the business cards only 17 days later. But I would not write this review if everything were fine with the quality. They printed business cards, not on the blank center! The text and design were shifted almost 4mm to the right and bottom. They just stop answering my emails after I request them to correct this mistake. Not recommend working with them. read more

In response to the reply from Legit Print, you did not reply at all to me, and sent an email only well after I posted this in frustration. I already had sourced a new company to do the work. When Justin called me, and only because I reached out to "customer service" to complain, there were explanations of a "new phone system" and he was hugely apologetic. We re-engaged and I sent him artwork to quote with. That's when response to my emails stopped until it was way too Kate to get the job done. Rearrange that however convenient to you. I wrote this review because your company was non-responsive. As a business owner reading this review I would appreciate knowing that, and if I wasn't being replied to I would likely make a decision to move on a lot earlier. I used vistaprint who did a nice job, albeit way less fancy than I had in mind, but did it on time and on budget. read more

To all looking for custom cards. I advise to find a different service provider. Make sure you know what you want before coming to these people. They are impossible to reach outside of email and do not offer much support to those who do not fully understand technically the features they would like. I would imagine on large orders they would send a test print, but to no surprise, they do not. They also do not hold responsibility for their lack of communication, which has proven to be quite expensive. If you'd like a basic card, I'm sure your relationship will be smooth. But anything outside of the ordinary, think twice! read more

I think what sets this printer apart from others is that one of the co-founders, Kevin, is a designer himself, so he understands the design process and the results we're looking for. I needed something special since I'm graduating next week from Art Center. I got a recommendation for them from multiple graphic designers. In my opinion, their customer service is awesome but their production sucks. Not sure if it's because the cards I wanted was beyond their capabilities or just bad luck, but I ordered silk cards with UV spotting and embossing. $200 for 500 business cards. Expensive. Thought it was worth it but the first batch came with awful ridges on the bottom of the entire set (looked like they used a ridged blade or something for the cutting). They offered to reprint right away and I received another set about 8 days later. The second batch had the same ridges but not as bad. But the embossing was awful on over 50% of them and only about 5% of the cards has good enough alignment for me to actually use. Not only do I not have time to try another reprint, I'm pretty much sick of it. Should've just kept the first set, but they asked for them back so I'm screwed either way. I know they don't do production on site and have to send out for the special stuff like embossing, maybe they should find another source. In my opinion, if you want something nice and simple, try them. If you want anything special or a little more complicated, don't bother wasting your money. Two stars just for the stellar customer service. read more
