Not sure what happened to this place. Last 2 years, we've used them for printing things for our event and they always have someone promptly respond and delivered even with time crunch. Quality has been great. But this time around, things seem different and from reading other reviews here, looks like it is not unique to me. I wasn't able to submit the order online (some type of glitch on website?). I emailed the account manager that is shown on my account profile but I didn't get a response which is unusual given I know they've been fast in their response in the past. Turned out she no longer works there. I called the general phone # listed on their website, and the agent that answered said he would call me back in 1-2 hours. That did not happen. So I emailed the general email address and someone got back and tried to help. Asked me to upload the file to print - I explained it's already uploaded with my order. I told them I'm in need to get this order processed asap. It's end of day and I have not heard back. So I'm a bit worried about the time crunch situation and may have to look elsewhere... It also appears I may be talking to operators that are not their Glendale site. I'd love to be able to talk to someone who is on the site directly. It is possible the owner/management is not aware their processes/systems are not working well. I know businesses go through changes so I hope they will look into how to improve responses to their customer needs and improve soon! read more

Absolutely outstanding service and quality! I had specialty business cards printed and could not be happier with both the final product and the customer service. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Jelly, who worked closely with me on the original design. They were incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and even recreated the design as a PDF to make sure everything was set up correctly. The design itself was solid and exactly what I was looking for. After printing, I realized there was a coloration issue caused by the source image--something I didn't catch until after the cards were already done. That's when Diego stepped in. He proactively reached out, walked me through the options, and offered to have the cards remade at little to no cost. That level of accountability and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. For the reprint, Luciana redesigned the cards, even though Jelly's original work was strong and the issue was purely technical. She made thoughtful improvements and suggested a great add-on that elevated the final result even more. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a company handles them says everything. This team handled it with professionalism, generosity, and genuine care. I'd absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future. read more

I do not recommend this business at all. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I originally ordered business cards and invoices from them around September or October. I paid the full amount they asked and picked up my order. At this place, you can't just walk in and grab your items you tell them you're there for a pickup, they bring the order, tell you the total, you pay, and you leave. Very simple. Almost 8 months later, I returned to place another invoice order, and to my shock, their staff accused me of stealing. They claimed I had taken more than I paid for the last time, which is absolutely not true. Even worse, one of their own employees told me a few days earlier that there was an issue with the invoice and that the price had been changed two months after the original order and now they blame me? This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I told them clearly that I will never come back, because they are not a reliable or trustworthy business partner. Nothing is done on time, and now they're making false accusations against a paying customer. Avoid this place if you value your time and want peace of mind. Total headache. read more

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH A TIME CRUNCH. Absolutely horrible service. I called them to ask what method I should order a fabric sign for and was instructed to go with one of the expedited options and was promised the sign a day before it was needed for our grand opening. The day it was supposed to be picked up, I didn't receive a call or a pick up email. I called the following morning as the pick up time they show is after the call center closes so you have to wait until the next business day. The rep i spoke to JC, told me that it would be ready that day by end of business. I called again around noon and was told that they have it ready and just need to get it prepared for pick up. 3 Hours later I called and spoke to him again and was told oh so casually that it would not be ready for pick up that day either which was our grand opening day. Mind you I spent about a thousand with them on other signs and also had my car wrapped with them a couple years prior. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with this place and will never use them again. I even contacted them after the fact and asked if I could purchase the sign at a discounted price considering it was supposedly finally ready for pick up after the grand opening and received a reply saying they will let me know only to never get a call or message from them again. Garbage service. And judging from the past few reviews, something has happened with them because the last few most recent feedback is all negative. Find a different print shop because you will only be let down with them. read more

I called this place and asked if they make retail paper copies. I was told they did and based upon the description of the copies i needed that it would be $20. I drive all the way there and the clerk says that they indeed do not make copies. Sounds like management needs to clarify to staff exactly what functions the business performs. read more

We spent over $600 on graphics printed at this printer and location. They couldn't provide an estimate timely. Unresponsive for long periods of time. Didn't mail the graphics together and we had to pay for secondary shipping and track down missing graphics. The last batch of graphics weren't wrapped properly and arrived damaged and unusable. They didn't even offer us a refund for the graphics they screwed up but a discount to reprint them. This vendor could make me lose my job because they ruined our trade show booth. read more

I have been trying to get some business cards printed all week at Axiom but every time we make edits for the designer to fix, the designer makes crazy edits that I did not request. I have even emailed a PDF of a mock of how I want the cards to look and the designer is still sending edits with punctuations in random places that do not make sense. I have been speaking to Ian and he tries to do everything he can to help but the designer is persistent in doing everything wrong and making the life of everyone involved more difficult than it needs to be. read more

Avoid this place for vehicle wraps. Very unprofessional service. Hired Axiom to wrap our business' truck. First red flag was that they could not provide templates for my design team. Then, they delayed my pickup date by 3 days and only notified me the night before. I had jobs booked and had to delay them last minute, making my customers unhappy. Today was my pickup day. I called at noon and asked when I can come to pick up the truck. Diana told me to come at 6:00PM. I am now at the lot, and the staff here are telling me that the truck is locked behind a gate and they cannot access it, and that I have to come back tomorrow morning. It's a two hour drive for me round trip. I have jobs booked tomorrow. This is costing me thousands of dollars. Unreliable, avoid. read more
