Arto Sign did an amazing job, and very quickly. I spoke with them, uploaded my info, and they sent me a proof right away. It looked good, but when I picked up the signs, wow!, I really did not expect the signs to look as phenomenal as they did! I was very, very happy happy with my signs, as well as their price, and their responsiveness. I definitely recommend them without hesitation: awesome work--very much appreciated in this day and age. read more

Arto Sign Co - My real estate signage and of course me representing the amazing work these guys put into our signs. - Printing Services Near Me - Glendale, California

I wish I can give them 10 stars. If you're a realtor, this place should be your best friend. The service I received from this company, specifically Louis was amazing! 10 out of 10. I love that they are local. They actually have a store you can go see the products in person, rather than a website. The quality of their prints is amazing. And I got same day signs. Thank you Louis. read more

I asked Arto Signs to make a For Sale sign and 10 Open House signs with PVC A frames. I chose them based on all of the good reviews I read and I am happy that I did! They had templates for my brokerage which made ordering super easy. I chose one of the templates and then tweaked it a bit. They worked quickly and efficiently to lock down the final deign. I needed a quick turn around and not only did they meet the deadline, they had everything ready early. They went above and beyond to communicate with me and make sure I was completely satisfied and the price was right. I highly recommend Arto Sign Co. read more

This company has done 2 fantastic orders for me on a rush basis. On 2 different occasions I needed signs made and they helped me out through the entire process. Greg answered all my questions patiently and he accommodated me on both my orders. What I like about this company is that they do everything in house. They have many different materials to choose from and they also do great design work. More importantly they deliver exactly what they promise. When I went to pick up my signs, they helped me carry them to my car and they were very personable. Also, their shop is really cool. They have many different samples of different jobs they have done within the past 20 years. Arto Sign is a really great family owned sign company that provides excellent quality signs as well as fantastic customer service! read more

Greg is a caring small family business owner. He takes his time with all customers and makes sure that the work he produces is of high quality. Also, he is personable and makes your order a top priority. I recommend if you need a sign to be made for either personal or professional purposes that you work with Greg and his team. Arto Sign Co specializes in real estate sign production. I heard about this company through other real estate agents and have been very impressed by my interactions with the team, the detail and care for my vision, and the timely responses and completion of the sign. The prices are reasonable. Most importantly, as I went through the process of my vision for the sign, Greg communicated up-to-date design changes/modifications and pricing. Greg was very transparent from the initial and final stages of my product. It was worth the drive! read more

What I got was not what I ordered. I ordered three real estate for sale signs to be printed. I already had the signs designed and all I needed was to have them made. The dimensions that I gave them were 2' wide by 2-1/2' tall. Reuben asked me to email him the graphics and the next day he gave me a quote over the phone, and I thought the prices he gave me were a pretty good deal. Mistake #1: Dealing with a company that required up-front payment prior to the work being done. Mistake #2: Authorizing work be done without seeing an invoice. They took 2 days to get the signs made, which I was very happy about. They don't ship, deliver, or store the signs, so I had to drive all the way from Culver City to Glendale to pick them up. When I arrived, the for sale signs were square - 2' x 2'. Reuben told me that square was the dimension that I gave him, and not being able to see the email I sent him at the time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and took responsibility for the error. When I got back into my office, I looked at what I sent him and called him to ask why he gave me a square sign instead of the dimensions that I gave. He told me that the quote he gave me over the phone was for 2' x 2' dimensions, which I am sure I mistook for the 2' x 2' open house signs that I also ordered at the same time. Obviously, there was a miscommunication between what I gave him and what he understood the order to be. This happens in business and a situation like this can be easily remediated with good, fundamental customer service. However, when I called Reuben to complain about this discrepancy, his basic conclusion was that I did not communicate to him exactly what I wanted, that the breakdown in communication was completely my fault. He further went on to say that, in his experience, for sale signs are typically square. I am not about to argue with him about what his experiences are in his business, but being a real estate broker who has seen hundreds of thousands of for sale signs and has had for sale signs made before, I can safely say that every for sale sign that I have ever seen has been rectangular in shape in some way. I am convinced that Reuben's argument was bullshit and a feeble attempt to prevent any semblance of a refund, credit, or concession. What Reuben was successful at doing was preventing me or my brokerage from giving Arto Sign Co any future business. Dee Sign is a little pricier, but they do good work, have great customer service, store, ship, and install signs for a low flat fee, and overall provide a much better experience. read more

This sign company is the best! My boyfriend needed signs and I have not had a good experience with other sign companies so I was referred to Arto sign so I tried them for the first time. The owner Greg was so nice to me. He walked me through all of my options and explain to me everything that I needed to know. Once I placed my order for the signs they promised me a certain time. A certain outcome. In the end everything that I got was exactly what they had promised me. Thank you Arto Sign! read more

Called looking for 6 last minute real estate signs on super short notice. Ruben was extremely helpful and made it happen quickly for us. The signs look great and not like a rush job at all. Ruben was willing to adjust our proof so we had them just right. The agents ended up really liking them so even though we were going to hold off on new open house signs we decided to order from here. It's a small business so sometimes you call and no one picks up right away, but it's way better than ordering signs from across the country and paying $200 in shipping. It's easy to pick them up and you can pull right behind to store for easy loading. Can't understand the negative reviews... Found this to be a great business. read more

Not having any experience in the real estate business, I was was asked to help out a friend to find a company that would make his open house signs and facilitate the entire process for him. I called several places but they seemed equally as clueless and not very confident about their abilities to deliver by the deadline. Greg at Arto Sign was extremely knowledgable and led me through the entire process. He emailed me proofs in a timely manner so that I could get the approval from my friend. The work order was thoroughly documented, leaving no room for error, which made me feel at ease. Needless to say, we went with Arto Sign and couldn't be happier with the outcome. read more

Thank you guys, you're the best! I read a bad review about you guys but still went to you for help because I don't listen to complainers. They're usually full of crap! anyways! You guys are great, professional, and curtious every step of the way. Prices change depending on what you ask for. The jackass who wrote the negative review sounds like a whinney baby. Judge for yourself and don't listen to little bitches like the one that wrote the bad review. If they treated you badly, you were probably a major douchebag! Thanks again Arto Sign Co. I am recomending you guys to everyone!!! read more

They made a custom sign for me. At first they seemed helpful but that's just until they get your business. They change the prices after they quote you and blame you if they misunderstood something. I made the mistake of paying up front, because after that they were extremely rude to me. They even cursed at us. Their website talks about customer service being a priority, but if I could give them 0 stars I would. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. read more
