The sash turned out really nice and was completed within a week and did a good job, and I'm grateful. However, her father, the one that does the embroidery, was coming off rude. When figuring out the placement of the design he seemed annoyed and was rushing. I understand we were late because we got lost, but we did communicate that right away. During pickup, he kept asking why we rang the doorbell multiple times, even though we only rang it once, and continued insisting that we did. When handing over the sash he placed it in a plastic bag and when I assumed it was included he asked for it back in a tone that came across rude again. I understand it's graduation time and probably busy, however be kind. I would still recommend because of Jasmine and the quality of the work, just be aware.
