These guys have been printing our shirts every year for the past decade. I would have given 5 stars. We love the quality of the print. We love the friendliness of the staff. We love the huge selection of shirts and accessories they have. We love the attention to detail regarding the print, in which they asked us to recreate the design using 300 dpi rather resampling it themselves for better quality. My only complain is that when I had called in to check when our shirts would be ready for pick up, our initial conversation was exactly like this: ME: Hi. I'm just trying to find out what time our shirts would be available for pick up tomorrow. LADY: Uh...who are you? Having worked in sales, (online, phone, and in-person) for the last 10 years, "Uh...who are you?" would not pass an as appropriate response for any customer. When customers call, they will not always introduce themselves or will wait for you to be ready to collect such information - signified by the sales person asking for either an order number, customer id, or the name on the account. So her response could've and SHOULD'VE been something like this: ME: Hi. I'm just trying to find out what time our shirts would be available for pick up tomorrow. LADY: "Sure. May I have your order number, or perhaps the name of the organization so that I may pull up your account?" OR ME: Hi. I'm just trying to find out what time our shirts would be available for pick up tomorrow. LADY: "Absolutely. May I ask with whom I am speaking?" BIG DIFFERENCE. I hope this gets corrected because how she responded is nowhere near professional in nature. And by this being the beginning of the conversation, she's already giving a bad first impression, which has already affected the mood of the caller and if I wasn't a professional myself, probably would've affected the tone of the entire conversation. read more

Our volunteer group hosted a display at National Night Out last night in La Verne. We decided it would be a nice visual to have a backdrop for photo ops and general advertising.
