I got there 10 minutes before closing. I opened the door and the lights were off. The guy came out to help me and said that he was planning to close early. I told him that I needed to embroider three lab coats. He had me write on the form what I wanted then showed me the binder with fonts and thread colors. I told him that I wanted Garamond with royal blue thread then he typed it up on his software for me to proofread. He was able to adjust the spacing and it was perfect. Afterwards, he showed me on the lab coat of where it would be then decided to make the size from 4" to 3.5". He reassured me that the seamster will make it look good. I was planning to pay with a credit card but he would have to charge an extra 3% so I paid cash. The price was reasonable and he said the coats will be ready on Wednesday which is only three business days. I appreciate his patience and staying after hours to help me. I called four days later to confirm that the job was ready for pick up and it was. I told the lady what I was picking up and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The job they did was stunning! They do amazing work and provide great customer service. I am definitely a customer for life and I highly recommend this place. read more

I've had an excellent experience here, twice now! Both times I needed embroidered company shirts made in a rush and they delivered right on time. One order even needed to ship out ASAP and the shirt was ready the very next day by 1:00 PM. Communication was fast. Every email was answered quickly and paying online through a link was super convenient. I've seen some reviewers mention "the lady" as rude, but I completely disagree. This post is long overdue. Several months ago I had a baby blanket and a security blanket embroidered with my grandson's name. Came out beautifully! Shortly after I wanted my scrubs to be embroidered with the numbers 117 for Halo's Master Chief. The business lady suggested printing the numbers since it was simple job, it wouldn't cost much. Ordered an embroidered gift online. One letter was incorrect. I took it in. They were able to fix it. Looked great. Couldn't even tell the original embroidery was removed and replaced. She is always great at communicating , when my orders are ready, and for the most part i have a really fast return on my small and large orders. I manage a small, privately owned Tech Company in Burbank, and have been utilizing the services of Stitch Art & Tracy for two years now. A colleague of mine highly recommended this Vendor for customized shirts, and the first project was to create a small quantity of Embroidered shirts which our Sales Staff would wear during an upcoming Trade Show. The finished shirts looked great, and in addition she gave us a very good deal. Then we really put Stitch Art to the test... This March, to celebrate the launch of our exciting new product, we created a Hoodie sweatshirt to be given away to our Trade Show guests as a parting gift! At a quantity of 300 Hoodies, this was a HUGE project/purchase for us, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. The intricate artwork needed many adjustments, and Tracy was very instrumental in ensuring the final product would be as great as we imagined. She was so patient with our last-minute 'tweaks' to the artwork, and somehow she still delivered on time, which was only 4 working days turn-around! Tracy went over and above for us. First, we gave her a last-minute order for custom shirts. She not only was the only shop we found that could turn it around that fast, she set me at ease that she knew what we wanted the shirts to look like. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I literally just left this establishment after having some shirts printed. I went to a local store in the mall and purchased 6 shirts and took them directly to Stitch Art to have screen printed. The woman initially told me they would be ready in 4 days which would have been Tuesday and that I would get a phone call when it was time to pick them up. But after having to call on Tuesday, I was told they weren't ready. I called Wednesday and was told they were ready to pick up. I arrived on Wednesday afternoon and picked up my shirts. Now, what I should have done was taken them out of the bag and counted... my bad. I assumed they would all be there. I've arrived home to take a look at all the shirts and found we were missing one. I called Stitch Art to ask the about the missing shirt. I was met with rudeness, the owner yelling at me, refusing to give me her name and telling me that I was wrong and then hanging up on me. I just reviewed my receipt from the store I purchased the shirts at sure enough, I purchased 6 shirts. Stitch Art even confirmed I had 6 shirts, because that's how many they charged me for. But suddenly in my hands I only have 5, hmmm. I asked the woman to look around the store for the other shirt, but she said its no there, that they only printed 5 shirts and I lost a shirt before I got there. That's odd, because they charged me for 6, she woman even counted 6 shirts when I dropped them off. They lost a shirt and wont even take responsibility for it. I asked the woman who answered the phone if she's the owner. She said she was, so I asked for her name. Which she refused to give me. Awesome customer service: yelling at your customer, overcharging them and then losing their items. A phone call to the BBB might help them find my shirt. read more

We were organizing a quick game of dodgeball, and as a graphic designer, my friends requested I do a pair of team t-shirts. After getting really frustrated with a variety of iron on transfer sheets, I made a last ditch effort to get them printed, I called Tracy 5 minutes before she closed and asked her if it was at all possible to get the single color design printed on the T-Shirts by 2pm the next day. She asked if I could send her the designs and to describe what I wanted. She called back in a little bit and quoted a very fair price and said she could do it. I dropped off my dozen shirts when she opened at 9:30 AM (I got there 5 minutes early and she was already open! A rarity in LA) and paid. At five minutes until 2 pm, I swung by to pick up the shirts and she was fixing a minor flaw that I had made with my previous transfer attempts. The shirts came out beautifully and on time. Tracy was VERY accommodating and friendly. Quality work, fair price, friendly service; you can't ask for much more than that! read more

Tracy is the best! I'm not sure why she has a lot of negative feedback because she was an absolute angel with me. I came in to make a novelty/joke shirt for a friend of mine and she was able to do it with no issues at all. She was very patient and willing to work with my somewhat weird request. She even met me hours after the store closed to hand me my shirt because I stupidly forgot to pick it up earlier in the day. For that alone, you should give her your business. She truly cared about my situation and helped me with no extra charge, even when I offered her more money for being so generous with her time.
