I'm really disappointed in the quality of the T-shirt print I received from Custom Zone Print. The image I originally provided was bright and vibrant, but the final product turned out extremely dark -- even in natural lighting. It looks nothing like the original image I submitted. When we discussed shirt color options, I mentioned not using white. He told me gray would "bleed through," but I was not given a clear explanation or shown any examples of what that would actually look like. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the entire print would come out this dark. What's confusing is that in his shop display, he has prints on black, red, and navy shirts -- and those images appear bright and close to their original quality. There were no examples displayed showing what "bleed through" looks like, which would have helped set expectations before I approved the order. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the result, instead of offering to reprint the design on a white shirt as a courtesy, I was told I would need to pay $20 for reprinting (though he said he wouldn't charge for the $5 shirts). As a disappointed customer, it felt frustrating to be asked to pay more to correct something I didn't fully understand would happen. I highly recommend anyone considering using this business to ask very detailed questions about how your image will appear on different shirt colors and request to see real examples beforehand. I usually keep to myself when it comes to bad experiences but I feel obligated to share my terrible experience with this business :(. I called to get a quote on an embroidery on my graduation stole but I immediately felt the impatience in the owner's voice. As I asked questions, he was dismissive and uninterested; he even responded to one of my questions with a rude and sarcastic question. I was completely taken aback by this and told him nevermind its okay and as I was thanking him despite everything, he immediately hung up on me. This is incredibly disheartening especially since he is located in my childhood mall and with my graduation coming up. I just feel awful now. read more

I waned to get my dad something fun and needed it quick for his birthday. I did some yelping and stumbled upon Custom Zone. This place is located on the first floor is Eagle Rock mall, right in front of SeaFood City grocery store. I decided to stop by. To my luck a very nice gentleman by the name of Abba was working there. He showed me different plates and customized items. I decided to get my dad a parking spot sign that says "World's greatest dad / grandpa parking only. All others will be towed". Abba was very easy to work with. He made the finalized version in about 10 minutes and told me to come back in 30 minutes to pick it up. Normally it would take about an hour but he was kind enough to listen to my begging to hurry and actually did. By the time I went to Macy's and came back it was ready!!! And only $29.99. Amazing amazing amazing. It came out so perfect!! I'll definitely go back for more personalized items since I saw they have everything from mugs to hats to shirts to key chains and more. Places an order yesterday for 3 cups just to have simple writing "Mr & Mrs" on each cup.... anyways charged me $20 each. Extremely high prices ( Glendale & montebello have better prices). Anyways I assume they would be done same day since he was only putting stickers on a cup. Tells me it will be done Sunday. I called the store 4 times no answer. So my husband goes in after 4 pm asks for my order. Armons says it's not ready give him 15 minutes. ( PROOF IT LITERALLY TAKES 15 MINS TO DO) ... Gives my husband the cups with WRONG SPELLING ERROR. HE PUT MRS. on BOTH cups. Isn't even apologetic. Very rude bad customer service. I always go to montebello but wanted to give another business a try. Never again. Disappointed. read more

I had the most delightful experience with Arman today! I wanted to customize my graduation sash and needed it to be done ASAP. I was so busy with finals that I waited till the last minute to take care of the sash. I wasn't actually sure whether or not anyone would agree to customize it in such a short time frame. Arman was very patient and kind. He took his time to pick the right color and font. Beyond all that, he did the work right then and there! I was walking around the Eagle rock Plaza. And I wanted to find a couple of small gifts for some friends of mine. I stumbled upon this little stand that is on the bottom floor next to seafood city. And the gentleman named Abba was very friendly and super helpful. He showed me a few the things that he had which included some customized license plates. And some custom decals. And also some keychains. Lanyards are also available. The sky was amazing. Make sure you buy stuff from him because it really looks good. Plus it's an amazing stocking stuffer. First time customer and WILL definitely be coming back for more customized printing. I had my husband jacket customized by Custom Zone for his christmas present. Since I have not seen his work I carefully observed how he handled his equipment. Few minutes of him making the configurations on the fabric I was confident to have him customize it.
