Had a little multi-fold full-color pamphlet that I only needed twenty copies of. Found this gem of a mom and pop store literally five minutes down the road from me, and man am I grateful I did! I had a file on USB from our graphic designer, but there were a couple of small issues: the file wasn't lined up correctly for double-sided printing and also the border spacing incorrect for a full-bleed print job. Thankfully, Leilani (the most helpful, sweet graphic design/print angel ever!) helped me with both of those issues. She problem solved and printed a copy, problem solved and printed a copy, until the print came out absolutely perfectly. Initially I was worried they only did huge commercial printing jobs, but they actually do small ones as well. Twenty copies, full-bleed, full-color, plus cutting, scoring, folding, on thick quality paper, and all done in under two days! Thanks Leilani and Bob -- will refer you guys to all my friends and will be back myself for sure for future print jobs. read more

Went to this Print shop to make one copy and was met with a heavy set man with deep anger issues. Probably annoyed because it was 1 copy and too lazy to do it, charged $2.00 for the copy, which I was willing to pay, but said I should go pay $3.50 somewhere else and kicked me out. I was never rude or disrespectful towards this man, but he was absolutely foul and had the worst customer service. Previous owner was always so kind. I ended up going to BJ's Emporium Printing in Glendale where they have the best service and only charged 50 cents for my copy. Who needs to pay triple the price and get the worst customer service? Please go to Bjs Emporium Printing instead! read more

This time I got a banner for my new organization from Ara Sarkisian in record time; he said 4-6 business days and called me after 2. He was able to sharpen our logo which we only had as a medium-resolution file, into something professional. Great color choices and fonts, too: he has a great eye. read more

I called this morning because I wanted to get 2 color photos made for my family and the owner I guess he was the one said he's not driving from LA Canada just to open his business just for 2 photos to be copied for me, so here's his 1 star review. The owner called me a few minutes after I posted my 1 star review and asked me if I was happy giving him a 1 star. By then I already made my 2 color copies at another place. What the owner should have done from my first call was said I am sorry we are closed today and let me know nicely rather than saying he's not going to drive from LA Canada just to print 2 color photos. Not a good response to someone who could've been a returning customer. Don't call me again. Have a great New Year! read more

I contacted Commercial Printing Network this week to see if they could turn around a foam board protest sign for me in short notice. Robert and the team here were so unbelievably helpful and fast. I purchased an image from Etsy and sent it to them to be printed on foam board. When I went to pick it up, Robert had some suggestions about how I could add an image to the other side without having to pay for a second foam board. He was able to make my sign for me with only 48 hours notice and it was a huge hit at the rally. You don't get customer service like that a chain place. Great local business! Highly recommended. read more

Commercial Printing Network - Printing Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

For decades I've been supporting this place and now I'm completely done .. About 5 months ago I had a scheduled meeting to meet with Bob, I wanted merchandise printed. Well he did a no show and I went and took my business somewhere else. I didn't make a big deal of it, I just gave my money to a better place. Today I walked in the lady behind the desk, Bob, and another employee aren't wearing masks, it sticks like a ashtray in there. So.. there's no one there but me and them. I asked the lady behind the desk if I can email her stuff and if she can print it out., she ignores me I ask again So I send her the stuff and I'm just standing waiting for her to acknowledge me ..I hear a printer so I walk to all 3 printers and say is that for me and she ignores me I ask again and she said it's printed behind me and I said there's more paperwork and she ignores me. She pulls out 3 printed papers and said it's $2.75 and I said I'm not done I need printing and she ignores me. At that time 2 regular clients come in and all of a sudden she jumps up and helps them and the owner came out too. I'm getting annoyed because she's still ignoring me and he asked me if I needed help, so I shook my shoulders and said I don't know she's ignoring me I don't know what's going on. Long story short I paid the $2.75 I did not get and further printing , I guess it's too hard for her to help me ..the lady needs to retire or have customers service but what really pisses me off is Bob announces to everyone in the shop if everyone's in a bad mood raise your hand and then they were making comments and then he said we don't need people in the shop with attitudes we don't have people in here with attitudes. Well guess what I walked in a perfectly good mood and your customer service absolutely sucks and I will never return there again I support small businesses but I don't need an owner telling me have an attitude because your employee is awful.. how about you focus on wearing masks and not smoking in the shop, and supporting your customer because she's absolutely useless read more

I needed to quickly make program brochures for a wedding, they were very responsive and able to complete a 2 hr turnaround time. The owner of shop was very helpful and kind, and even gave us some free card stock programs. I even accidentally left the shop without the programs in hand, forgetting it at the store and the owner chased me down to give them to me! I am pleased with the customer service provided and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs printing services. read more

I needed 2 types of sample cards printed (small orders really). I inquired online, received a response right away. We communicated via email and everything was smooth. I dealt with Bob mostly before Dro in graphics took over when artworks were ready to print. Cards were printed a day early! Great quality. It was perfect for what I needed. I met both Bob and Dro when I picked up my order. They were both nice and accommodating. Support small businesses! I for sure, will be back. read more

We came to this print shop at the last minute to have funeral programs printed. They were very attentive/kind and had great suggestions to complete the task. Couldn't have asked for more. Nothing compares to the customer service and care that a non-chain establishment provides. This couldn't be more true about Eagle Rock Printing & Copy Center. Lealannie is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to correct the files I wanted printed. She explained to me how their printers are far more advanced and therefore the quality exceed those of other printing shops. The staff take their time with you and make sure you are satisfied, not to mention how great their prices are! Would highly recommend for anyone needing any sort of print to come here first! Thank you! read more

Let me in two mins to closing on a Friday (needed a fax) and the family was super sweet. There's a reason why this company has the ratings it does. Nice to see an old independent shop still in business. If you can, support them. read more

This place has the best prices in town. The staff here is great. Everyone here is very nice and very knowledgeable.

I had an urgent need to make a few hundred colored fliers. I called several places before walking into Commercial Printing Network and Bob beat the price to all major known competitors without me telling him what they quoted me. For the exact same amount of colored copies, other competitors were charging me $40 more. Other competitors offered me a coupon but even then, Bobs prices still beat theirs. It's not always about saving a buck but about making a connection and building a relationship with your local small business community as I did with Bob. He is a caring Eagle Rock small business owner that you can count on for your printing and marketing needs. My family is grateful to Bob and his family for going above and beyond in printing hundreds of fliers . Such an extremely nice guy, a gem to our Eagle Rock Community. My color copies are beautiful! Great staff and great services at a affordable price. I have come here a couple times to print some promotional cards and posters, and they made the whole process extremely simple and efficient. Very high quality material and work. I personally know nothing about printing and graphic design, but they had no problem taking my file and tweaking it on photoshop to make sure I get the best possible sizing and printing efficiency. I felt welcomed and they were extremely understanding and patient with my needs. The one day I dropped by, there was an extremely unpleasant costumer causing a scene at the store. I think the workers did a fantastic job handling the situation and not making it a terrible experience for all the other costumers there. Thanks for the great service! read more

I come here for all my printing needs and refer my clients and friends here as well. Commercial Printing is what print shops used to be back in the day, it's a small print shop but they have big Ideas, and are very responsive. I had to print a pitch deck last minute for an important investor presentation for a film I'm producing. Lealannie spent hours with me making sure that the colors were coming out properly - at first, it was looking like a horror film instead of a romantic comedy! After an inordinate amount of work that I never would have expected from any print shop without a gigantic extra charge, Lealannie got the colors right and made sure to print several dozen copies and bind them by the following morning, so I could get them in time for my presentation. The price was insanely reasonable and I also had great conversation with the business owners while I waited. A fine establishment that deserves your business. read more

I walked in to the front (4/1/ 22) office of this print shop, I was wearing a "double" layer protection of N95 anti covid mask. A gentleman approaches me with a cigarette in hand, no covid mask. There are two other people in the office, no mask. I could barely stand the reeking stench of nicotine that apparently had permeated the entire office. As one reviewer (Tatiana) said "it smelled like an ashtray" The smell was really bad, I couldnt take, I made quick polite printing conversation and left. They were somewhat clueless about a simple printing service I asked them about on top of it all. I cant rate them...I just know my head and lungs ached for a while- afterwards. I was wearing a double covid mask!! If they smoke that much do you think they're covid vaccinated? I wish them well. Im sure theyre nice folks but...Whew!!! read more

Bob, Yolanda, and Lealannie were extremely friendly. I always know i can drive up the street and get my documents faxed in a timely manner.

You know you've found a good printer when other people in the printing business take a moment to look at your project, flip it over and back again, inspect it more closely, and tell you, "This is good work." It IS good work. They're also easy to do business with. Every time I need the graphics team to step in, I leave with a pit in my stomach, uncertain of what I'm going to get back. And every single time, without fail, my order looks even better than I imagined it. They're so good, and so intuitive. It's a pleasure to work with them. They've done all the printing work for my latest event, and it looks so good, I actually giggled when I went to pick it up! The prices are also unbelievable. They're charging far less than their competitors for far superior work. I don't know how they pull it off, but I'm a loyal customer and can't recommend them more highly. read more

I requested a quote for a large order today by phone. I received an email at 11:18AM saying that my quote would be coming "shortly." I followed up at 4:21PM telling them that we needed the quote by 5PM or we would be going with another printer. I received the quote after 5PM and replied with the following: "Unfortunately, we did not receive your quote within a timely manner and we've gone ahead with another printer. Thanks" This is the reply I received: "Your attitude is uncalled for !!!!!" Needless to say we will not be using this printer and I suggest you don't either. read more

The person that helped me out was very patient and kind. I received great service and the prices are reasonable.

I did not get any services done here but I was just parked outside of their shop in the 15 minute parking spot about to go into the tattoo shop. A guy walked out (assuming he was the owner) and made sure I knew to be careful not to get a ticket. He then went inside and came back out and gave me a mail opener with their logo. He was so nice!
